Founded in 1999, Gnich Architecture Studio is a full service architecture firm specializing in commercial office, food service, and retail. We have over 20 years of experience supervising retail image implementation, tenant improvements, new construction design, documentation and construction administration for an International food service chain.

We have worked directly with Domino's Pizza Franchisees, designing stores since 1996, and have a deep understanding of the user needs for a production friendly design, while balancing Corporate Image Requirements. We provide quality and detailed documentation that allows for more accurate Construction Bidding, expeditious Plan Review and Approvals, and quality Construction Practices, achieving an efficient and cost effective Project Completion.
Gnich Architecture Studio is widely known for it's work with Domino's Pizza New Stores, Relocation and Remodels. In addition to our extensive knowledge and background on Tenant Improvements, we also do Freestanding Buildings. The firm has recently been asked by Domino's Pizza to assist in development guidelines for Freestanding Buildings and existing building exteriors.
We are currently licensed in 46 US states and have worked with municipalities all over the country to permit projects. We have also completed multiple international projects from Norway to Thailand.
