We had an expansion tank on our water heater break. The dispatcher called right away and was pleasant and friendly. She scheduled for later in the day, but then called back when there was an earlier opening. Brian called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and was very nice. He provided detailed information to my husband and me so that we understood what he was doing.
A plumbing emergency is something that no family wants to face. The worst part is that a clogged drain, sudden drop in water pressure, or other plumbing issue always seems to crop up at the most inopportune moment, sending you rushing to find a local plumbing service that can get to your home and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
The only thing that should ever be flushed down the toilet (besides human bodily waste) is toilet paper. Nothing else should be flushed, including tissues, paper towels, unused drugs, feminine hygiene products, sand, grass clippings, goldfish, cat litter (even if marked "flushable), so-called "flushable wipes" (see below) and everything else.

Robert was courteous, professional and efficient. I had a leaky toilet and he replaced the necessary parts. I also asked him to replace the same parts on the other 3 toilets to avoid future leaks.
Kim was responsive to my text at 8:30 AM in the morning and I was able to schedule Robert for 2 PM the same afternoon. I received a text 10 minutes before he arrived as Kim mentioned when I made the appointment. Rooter Man will now be the business I call for all of my future plumbing needs!

I contacted Rooter Man after being dissatisfied with another plumber's estimate and approach to my problem. I don't appreciate a bait and switch, where the advertised price is drastically different than the estimate provided once the contractor is in the door, especially considering you must pay a Service Call fee. However, when I called Rooter Man and explained my issue, they put me in touch with Alex, one of their technicians. Travis was extremely helpful today. We had a sewage backup and it was “fixed” Friday afternoon by unknown, and when presented with a reoccurring issue this morning at 8 am, I called around 10 am Saturday morning since we’re in the middle of getting stuff from storage a few towns over. Travis was able to set realistic expectations with setting up a time to reevaluate the issue that would work for both our schedules. We had a clog in the main line of our home that was preventing the toilets from flushing. I spoke to Kim who arranged for 2 of their service techs to come to our house on the same day of my call. Travis and Milton were outstanding. They were able to come to my house even earlier than I expected, diagnosed the problem, quoted the cost of repair, unclogged the drain line and used a camera so that we could see the condition of the lines under the house. I highly recommend not calling this company for any plumbing job. I guarantee, you will regret it!!! 2 guys came out to unclogged a bath tub. The charge was as much more than lawyer fee per hour and owner tells me that was after giving me discount. REALLY!!! It only took not more than 30 mins to unclogged the tub.
