I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Their office staff is incredibly kind and professional. They went above and beyond for us to help us with the warranty for our Lennox ductless mini units. We had two interactions with their technicians and both were fantastic . Nate has been here many times servicing both our air conditioner and our heating system. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough each time he comes. He always wears booties to keep our house and carpets clean. I cannot say enough about the job that Nate does. All seasons always sends a picture of the service technician to us along with his name and how long it will be before he arrives. All seasons is an excellent company which I would recommend to anyone.

Charged almost $500 to replace a thermocouple that I could find at the hardware store for much less than they charged for the part. Then told me I had to replace the entire unit and scheduled a consult which I cancelled. Went with them because they were local. But they weren't worth it. Wound up having other problems with the heater and called someone else instead. The other guy who came to fix it replaced a few parts instead of trying to bilk me out of a whole new unit.

This was our first time using this company for our hvac maintenance and so happy we found them. Tarik was our technician and what a first impression he made. Arrived on time. Polite and knowledgeable. Wore his booties along with his mask upon entering our home. Answered all our questions before he started the furnace cleaning. Excellent job! The office staff gave great customer service by keeping us informed of the arrival day and time. Thank you All Seasons and will see you back in the Spring for the summer cleaning.
