I cannot say enough positive things about Hirschberg Mechanical. My husband and I purchased a home with some major hidden issues (septic plumbing clogs, collapsed pipes, missing drains... you name it), and HM has been there every step of the way.
Herb is knowledgable, honest, and extremely friendly. He is amazing at what he does. He diagnosed and repaired our plumbing issue, answering all of my questions fully. He made me feel extremely comfortable when he was finished the job that it was done right and well; which it was. He also loved my dog, which in my book, is major bonus points.

Upon calling Hirshberg Mechanical my appointment was set up instantly. The time was given and the technicians showed up as scheduled. The problem was quickly diagnosed and parts were obtained the same day. The technicians Jon and Robbie went to work installing the new parts and getting my system up and running within hours. Big thank you to Kathleen who was extremely helpful and friendly Friday morning when I called. She assured us she would have someone as soon as possible and she truly did! Ethan came out within an hour to take a peek at our gas heater. Ethan was professional, informative, & thorough. I discovered a major leak from an unknown source dripping down into the basement. I called in the morning and they sent someone within hours. He quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. The parts he needed were already in his truck. Totally friendly, professional, and cleaned up. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

This company is great!! We called at night and a technician came within 10 minutes to evaluate the problem and make sure things were ok. He was helpful and informative! Shawn the technician came the very next day and fixed our heater. Everyone that we dealt with at this company from beginning to end, was so nice and efficient! Rob and Ty came out to fix our clogged main sewage pipe. They called back in less then 10 minutes and we’re here in under an hour. They had the pipe fixed and were ready to go in less than an hour from arrival. This all happened after 9:00 PM. I would recommend them for any of your household needs they also fixed our On Demand Hot Water last year. They are a Top Notch Company.
