Im not sure what happened but they used to be responsive and reliable. Several months ago Luke Weidemann came out and did some work, during their repair the caused another issues. They came back out, said they’d fix the repair and they would be back because they needed to order a piece for a separate leak I was experiencing. That was a few months ago, now I can’t get ANYONE to return my calls. Completely unprofessional and unreliable!!!!

Discovered water heater leak at 10:30am. Called Luke Weidemann plumbing and call was answered promptly. Said could send repairman with new heater between 12 & 2pm. 2 plumbers arrived around 12:30pm. Had correct heater and all parts. There was some difficulty draining the old heater as sludge had built up near the drain. They solved the problem and proceeded to replace the heater and remove old one. Work was completed in a timely manner and performed a complete clean up. Same day, on time, excellent work. Highly recommend. Also, price was reasonable. Especially for same-day service.
