Hello, my name is Tom Snogles and I am the founder of Sun Power Lawn Care. I have been in the lawn and landscape business since 2005 and have provided professional lawn care services in Gainesville, FL since 2014. We are committed to quick communication, excellent work, and 100% customer satisfaction.
Tom founded Sun Power Lawn Care in 2014. Starting at age 19 Tom worked for Test Valley Borough Council in Hampshire, England which fostered his thirst for horticultural knowledge. He then attended Sparsholt College, England, an agricultural college, for 4 years. He came to the USA in 2007 working for 7 years installing/maintaining landscapes in Gainesville, FL.
Our experience has taught us how to work with nature to get the best from your landscape. With a mix of well trained lawn service, lawn care, and sprinkler technicians we have designed three packages to fit your lawn and landscape needs in Gainesville, Florida perfectly. You may be going on vacation, keeping out the heat, selling your house, or want to simply try our service for a short period to see if you'd like to keep us on long term.

Sun Power is not just a great lawn service, but they're a good way for me to "put my money where my mouth is". I like knowing that their equipment runs off of solar generated electricity instead of burning gas. Andy and Sam always leave my lawn looking great after their visits. Andy and Sam go above and beyond to move my son's toys and lawn furniture ensuring my entire yard is serviced. If a strong storm or hurricane comes through, they're kind enough to remove debris and place it by the roadside for pickup. Initially I was interested in getting a landscaping “clean up” but they are just too good to not have permanently to keep my yard looking it’s best. Tom, the owner, is just as personable as can be and really ensures you are in great hands. The bar doesn’t get any higher than this company.

I highly recommend Sun Power Lawn Care. Their electric equipment is so quiet, I am never disturbed. It is perfect for me since I work night shift at the hospital. Tom is very easy to work with and is a great guy. His team always does a fantastic job. You don't have to sign a contract, so you have no reason not to try a service from Sun Power Lawn Care.
