As home investors, we wanted to generate rental income from new tenants, so we decided to hire CCS Inc to build a new ADU in our backyard. Danny was helpful in explaining the process of the project and the different stages it would go through. I was not happy with the amount of it time it took to receive the building permit. They took longer than estimated which made me frustrated even though they do not have control over this. Danny’s team of experts provided outstanding floor plans and did a great job in the construction.

I am very happy with my new ADU, thanks to CCS Inc. This company was both professional and attentive to detail when working on my project. They made sure the construction was done to my liking as they asked me for preferences. At first, I thought this was going to be a stressful experience but it turned out to be quite the opposite. CCS Inc. took care of EVERYTHING! From doing architectural designs, to getting the city permits, and doing the construction of the building, there was no need for me to worry. I needed to renovate my garage into an ADU and had no idea who to contact. I started asking around and CCS Inc. was referred to me by a friend so I contacted them to arrange an appointment. The process began there as they provided architectural designs which were given to the city for approval. I am very content on how professional CCS Inc. was and how attentive they were towards the project. I hired CCS Inc to help create the plans and architectural designs for an addition to our house plus garage 1,179sq ft. I explained to them what I wanted and they made it happen. I also explained to them that I had already lost time and money with another "so called" architect and that I needed something done quick. They provided me a floor plan within few days after our initial meeting and immediately made any adjustments I requested made.
