We have use this company in the past with great success, so when the deed or roof repair came up again call Wester.They came out did a thorough inspection and returned to satisfactorily repair the damage and stop our roof leaks. Came out to inspect 10 Year Old Duro Last flat commercial roof that was leaking. They were not the original installers, Original contractor went out of business, apparently did not install it 10 years ago quite right.
Josh Mutter did an excellent job of getting my options together. He worked with Duro Last to get almost all of the repairs done under their manufacturers warranty !
When it comes time to do any of my roofs I will call JOSH FIRST !

We hired Western Roofing to replace a roof on a commercial building we own in Arvada, CO. Originally things were good until our tenant sent us a picture that they roofed OVER the entire vent system to the kitchen hood. As a result, the city made us bring the vent system and a number of other mechanical systems up to code which cost us over 9 months of delays and tons of additional $$$$$ before we could finally get our tenant open for business.
