We'll never use anyone else again. Austin and his Team at Gold Star Premium Roofing are AMAZING.
They were all kind, polite, professional, and made sure the job was done when they said it was going to be and that it was done correctly.
Our home was hit in a bad hailstorm, two days before we went out of the country for awhile. After 5 different roofing contractors looked at our house, the Gold Star Premium Roofing Team was suggested by my father in-law as an alternative to using someone we didn't know. Austin showed up minutes after we called and found damage to our home no one else even mentioned

They made the entire process very easy. Really easy to communicate with, and honest about the process. We discussed our options, and they made it happen with what we could afford. They sent a crew out and they pretty much finished the entire roof replacement in one day. They are very efficient, and I would recommend them for whoever’s looking to replace a roof.

They were flexible on timing and worked directly with my solar install company. The workers were efficient and considerate.

They knock on doors and strongarm people into signing contracts well before they know the legitimacy of an insurance claim. This leaves the customers on the hook for 30% of a job that potentially never happened. The contract is breakable per their language only if insurance can send a letter to them within 72 hours that the claim will be denied. Bad business tactics. Stay clear of them!

I had a very good experience with Gold Star Premium Roofing. Austin was professional, responsive and easy to work with. My only request was that they matched the color of our previous shingles. I did some legwork myself to find the the matching color since it was a less popular style. Austin did a great job ordering and procuring the requested shingles. The crew knocked out the job in a day, and left the yard as clean as when they started.

Austin Keadrie helped me throughout the entire process. He worked directly with my insurance company and made everything super easy and smooth. Several of my neighbors also used them and I noticed Austin and Caine in the neighborhood several times making sure everything was going smoothly during the actual roofing process. The roofing crew did a fantastic job and did a great job of cleanup. I'm very happy with my roof and would definitely use them again.
