Jake and his team came out when I first bought my house, (new build) the roof was leaking through the light fixtures. Prior to them coming out I had the builders take a look, no one could find the source, in fact I don't think they cared to really find it. I called Property Pros, the came out within a day, crawled every nook of my house until they found the issues, they care, they are thorough and such a great company. I highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I worked with Jake Merelli from Property Pro's to install gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia (with paint) to an existing deck roof I built the summer before. I take pride in my craftsmanship and needed a contractor to match my meticulous standards. Jake's people handled the job on time, on budget and to my high standards. There was a misunderstanding in the quote that he handled very professionally and when asked about the paint work he again stepped up to the plate and made it right. Great job Jake and Mike!

Property Pros did a great job handling my roof repair from initial inspection, working with my insurance company, being very detailed and explanatory (with this being my first homeowner's claim), through the completion of my roof. I have an expensive tile roof and I live out in Parker. You wouldn't think these crazy hail storms would wipe out a new concrete roof but I'm just glad Property Pros was there to replace my roof and protect my home and my family. They did such an awesome job and made sure they left my front lawn the way they found it. Now I can rest easy my corgi doesn't step on any nails.

This company doesn't care for your safety or neighbors safety. The co- owner will promise you the world but then blame everything on you, when his promises are not meet. He can not take ownership when trash and nails get blown on to neighbors property and the neighbors complain about it. We only wanted him to take care of the neighbors but his commit and I quote" it's only one day they can handle it (JARED) we are insured so nothing will happen" Them being insured doesn't stop neighbors from coming after you or them if something we're to happen. Truly how is this

In preparation for selling my home, I had a lot of siding and exterior paint issues that needed to be corrected. I used Property Pros, and had a fantastic experience! They showed up on time to repair all the items I had discussed with the office. While they were in the midst of the work, I discovered several other items that I hadn’t noticed… before. They were quick to take care of these additional items, and did it with a professional and polite attitude that is rare these days. Property Pros offers other services, such as roofing, gutters, and windows, and I will be sure to use them

Went through Property Pros after our home and property took damage after last summers bad hailstorms in the Springs. Russell was the one who came out, was very professional and continued to check on everything through the process of it getting fixed, even came out yesterday to do a free inspection! Jared was also another one I worked with quite a bit and is also very amazing, and takes great care of his customers! Definitely recommend Property Pros!!

Property Pros exceeded my expectations. I hadn't realized the extent of damage to my roof and siding--the sales rep took video and showed me! They were there from identifying damage to dealing with insurance, choosing the right materials (I chose a really pretty tricolor shingle), and getting the project done in a decent timeframe. My sales rep came back out to personally inspect and make sure I was satisfied! Probably one of the easiest experiences I've had with a contractor.

Property Pros did a great job installing the insulation in our attic. Mark was very meticulous and thorough, and he even uncovered an issue with an old swamp cooler vent that would have compromised the ability of the insulation to seal properly. He repaired it at a very reasonable charge and then installed additional insulation where the vent was. We have noticed a distinct improvement in our home's ability to keep the cold air out. In fact, some nights we have not even had the furnace turned on and the house remained very comfortable. I am anxious to see the improvement in the summer months when

Do not waste your time with this company. They do not communicate about any issues that arise. You have to call them to see what is going on. We were having our roof and shep done after the hail storms. They said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they can get started. It was a month and a half before they came to do the roof. I had to call them to see why they had not started sooner. They said it was a permit issue and it would be another week before they could start. Then they put on the wrong shingles and we told them that but they didn't believe us. There rep Jon said that the supplier had delivered

Unprofessional and severely lacking reasonable communication skills, working with owner/operator Jared Searcy and PropertyPros was a frustrating and lengthy experience. As a service provider (middle man) who outsources and coordinates with subcontractors in order to complete home projects, communication is really important! This resulted in a long and unpleasant project, where the bulk of time and coordination fell on my hands. Given the myriad of similar service providers operating in the greater Denver market, save yourself the trouble and go with another provider. Good luck!
