Asphalt shingles are designed with protective mineral granules that block the UVs of the sun and protect the underlayment. Hail damage can cause severe granule loss, material removal at the edges of the shingles and penetration of the shingles; all of which prematurely age the life of the roofing structure and will eventually cause leaks.
If you think your home or business was damaged in a recent storm, the first step is to get a free inspection done by a reputable local contractor. The reason for this is that you don't want to have an insurance adjuster come out if you don't have damage. Some insurance companies will penalize you for filing a claim and this could negatively affect your policy status.

This company worked with my insurance company to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. They offered for us to choose a new color, met the claims adjuster at the house so I didn't have to, and worked tirelessly on my behalf to jump through insurance hoops and get me paid. Kevin O was my point person and he was amazingly professional and honest.
The roofers themselves did a great job, too - the roof looks fabulous. But their **exemplary customer service** is what really makes me want to tell everyone I know about this company.

I am a realtor and recently had a listing which required a new roof in order to close. Kevin and his team worked with us to get the roof completely redone in a matter of days before the closing. They were very professional, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure the roof was done on time. They worked with my seller to ensure all documents were in order for the closing. Very professional. Good communication, called to explain time schedule and called prior to arriving the day of scheduled work. Explained everything they would be doing. Replaced bad attic vents with better ones and explained how the attic venting worked. Would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

Dominic Spaulding, Production Manager, is one employee who I worked with on a roofing leak problem. Dominic was friendly, on time, and professional. We used Co-Superior to replace our roof in September 2020. They did a fantastic job! Everybody from the office staff to the managers delivered excellent customer service. Their salesman was knowledgeable and direct. Their workmen were skilled and quality-oriented. Everybody there cares about quality in their work and value for customers. We were selling our house when the roof was replaced and Co-Superior graciously provided extra work that was demanded by our buyers even after a successful county inspection. We needed a lot of extra help dealing with mortgage and insurance and Co-Superior assisted

Colorado Superior Roofing quickly responded to my call. The project manager was polite, friendly and listened carefully to all the work I wanted done and how I wanted it done. He gave me price quotes for all the individual parts of the work so I could prioritize and still remain within my budget. The work was done quickly with quality installation and looks great! All support with the paperwork and checks throughout made the process very easy. I would definitely hire Colorado Superior Roofing again!
