I expanded my skills, by learning the following trades - framing, siding, roofing, wiring, plumbing, insulation, sheetrock, tile, formica, interior woodwork, doors, concrete slabs, and wood decks. I learned most of the above skills, by building a duplex in Gresham, Oregon in 1974 for my residence. By selling, I was able to build a three story house in Troutdale, Oregon in 1977.
In 1983 through 1987, I started a business, building new construction houses. I built 3 spec-homes and 9 pre-sold homes. 1988 through 1990, I worked with expanding another business, and with my input and knowledge, built another 6 homes. In total I have built 20 new homes to date. I was involved in every aspect of each house from the building lot to the landscaping.
Since then, my company has specialized in home remodeling and repainting of existing homes. We have been involved in or remodeled more than 30 houses, and repainted over 300 homes to date. If you want to deal with one person, from the proposal to the completion of job, that would be me.

Gresham Painting painted my ceilings in the entry, hallway, livingroom, diningroom, kitchen and bath. He did all the hard work, I am doing the walls myself. Did an outstanding job, reliable and on time. Hired Gresham Painting to paint my house and shop, twice in the last 18 years. They selected the paint I should use that he recommended.

Larry is not the painter for you. Larry is unreliable and non responsive. We called Larry to quote painting the exterior of our home. He did show up for the appointment and then everything fell apart from there. I had to hound Larry for his quote. Once I received the quote I told Larry that we would like to move forward with his service. We schedule a second visit to pick the colors of paint. Larry never showed. Larry never called. I texted Larry nor response. I called Larry no answer and no response. We called Larry from a different phone number 3 days later and he picked up and was very short
