Owner came to the house and promised a proposal for painting the exterior. Weeks and weeks went by and I followed up with emails and text messages asking for a status on the proposal but owner refused to respond. Telling me they were no longer interested in the job would have been completely acceptable. Ignoring emails and text messages is not. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise because it could be indicative of how the company shows up (or doesn't) once hired.

We highly recommend this company. Not only were they completely professional but their work was exceptional. We had many people in the neighborhood come by an comment on the quality of the painting. Tristan was dependable and very knowledgeable. He left everything in an immaculate condition and we could not be happier with this service. We have recommended Refined Painting to many of our friends. They are the best!!
