Been developing a close relationship with these folks over the past 2 months of remodeling. 85% of the time they were prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and compatability priced. 15% of the time they seemed less so... i.e. we got a new water line installed for our ice maker and he failed to tell us that the ice maker was broken... we installed a gas range and he failed to tell us that we didn't have the correct conversion for our gas line which he had helped us repair.

Clog in sewer line. Called Friday morning, came out Saturday morning. Their tech, Josh, was excellent. While testing the sewer system after clean out, found a disconnected pipe that was causing a leak... great catch, my man ! My only gripe is their online contact system. They don't seem to respond to it, but texting was seemingly their preferred method and resulted in very fast dialogue after our initial phone contact. Price: $265 and a 30 day guarantee. Used the smaller auger to get into my limited access crawlspace and go through the kitchen drain clean out plug. My sewer clean out plug was rusted

My tenant called Clog Busterz to come out and fix a dishwasher leak. The came out, spent 5 or so minutes and couldn't find the leak. They tightened the water supply on a guess and sent me the bill for $90.
The leak was worse after they left. I called Clog Busterz back, and was told they were going to go back out the next day and replace the water supply and "hope that fixes the leak".
You don't just guess...
It took me 30 seconds to find the leak which was from the pump, not the supply line. I understand that makes the issue an appliance issue and not a plumbing issue, but none the less, $90

First time using this company and couldn't be happier with their service!! I thought the bathtub was not draining but the shower switch was flipped. User error lol. They did need to fix the toilet which was leaking from the shut off valve. They fixed it in no time. Cole Johnson was very professional and did a great job!! I truly appreciate their honesty and great service! I will never use anyone else!!!

I had used this company earlier this year to replace the hot water tank and they were excellent. The were fast and had everything working very quickly. I called them again today for a clogged drain and they had everything working very quickly. We will be replacing all of the water lines and drain lines in the future and we will be calling Clog Busterz. Thank you!
