We hired the team at Cranor Roofing to help repair our tile roof here in Roswell. Ben and his crew did an exceptional job.
When we were looking for someone with a lot of experience with tile roofs, we interviewed quite a few companies. Cranor roofing was by-far the most professional crew we interviewed and clearly had the most experience with tile roofs. They arrived on-time, finished early and stayed within the original quoted price. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and “went the extra mile” to explain how to care for our tile roof to keep it in great shape for many years to come

Craner Roofing is by far the best roofing company we have ever used. He solved a problem at my house that other roofers failed to solve. He doesn’t just patch the problem, he finds how the water is moving and stops it for good. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet.

Good luck getting a call back. Tried calling last week twice, then this week again. Left three voicemails. Apparently business is booming and they don't need new work. A professional company would call back and at least say that. Got this company as a recommendation from NextDoor.

It is obvious that Ben believes in doing business the right way. He does right by his customers so that his business will grown and because it's the right thing to do. He communicated well and was on time. A+ He is the only roofer that we will ever use.

I noticed what happened to us was very close
to the gentleman's low rated review below.
Cranor Roofing was referred to us by our insurance agent. Just a little over 10 years later I called Ben Cranor, approx round 2018, as the people that clean our gutters brought down a few loose shingles they saw laying on our roof.
We called, not upset in the least.
Ben came out and said it was due to a loose ridge caps. He advised the repair would not be covered under our warranty. We paid him somewhere between 200 to 300.
He also walked our roof and said he found no other issues.

I have used them for a number of years for minor repairs and have been very satisfied. When the time came for a new roof I knew just who to call. It was done on time and above and beyond with attention to detail and quality. He also did my neighbors roof so I have seen the test of time on his work. Clean up was immaculate! Very fair prices!

He got the job done installing tiles on a roof, however with poor workmanship. I paid Cranor and am paying someone else to fix it up. They said the job was complete as is. For detailed clients this is not your company.
