I hired this service to do weeding in my yard and some leaf blowing, and was quoted one price for hourly work on the phone, and then charged a higher amount ($25 vs. $30). I was also asked to provide my own trash bags, and told it was an extra charge to haul the bags of weeds away. The owner was distracted the entire time I was trying to give him instructions on what I needed done in the yard (literally texting/looking at his phone when I answered the door, barely paying attention), and subsequently ripped out a section of wild grass he assumed I wanted removed because he thought it was "weird

I acquired an estimate or $2500 for a property on state street for a landscape project. The owner then gave me a bill of $3500 and said he miscalculated the area of the sod to be installed and that he gets $2 a square foot on the grass to be installed and that I owed him $1000 more. I found this unusual and he pulled out several previous bills from other deals to show me. I reluctantly paid it and he said he would finish the project in the next week in July. It is now October and the project is still not finished. When I reached out to him to finish the project, another project he worked on that
