Topline Construction is a local family owned concrete construction contractor founded in 2012, based out of Pleasant Hill, Iowa.
In 2017, Topline Construction combined resources with Fox Concrete to leverage the great quality of both companies under the Topline name. We then formed a partnership to create Topcoat Epoxy & Coatings as a sister company, combining our artistic talents with our vast industry knowledge and reputation.
We are licensed contractors in the state of Iowa, and are fully bonded and insured for residential and commercial work. We specialize in concrete and epoxy, from cement city sidewalks, to decorative stamped patio retreats, to fancy epoxy floors, to foundational footings. We work with many builders in the Des Moines area, as well as individual homeowners.
