I have been trying to get Lowes for 2 weeks to come out and measure two rooms for carpet. I was told by a wonderful contractor to call Best Buy Flooring. I called on Thursday and today (Saturday) they are finishing up installing my carpet. Toby, the owner, and Rick were absolutely fabulous to work with and Raymond who came out to install was so… professional and pleasant. I will NEVER deal with another company but Best Buy Flooring. Amazing people and service!!!! On a side note, I can't wait for Lowes to call now. They will definitely get a piece of my mind.

The crew that did my ceramic flooring left messes, razor blades, grout on my new carpet/walls and ruined my sons rug. They made a horrible unprofessional tile cut in a bathroom and said it couldn't be fixed . The crew that did my laminate and carpet was great but if they do a crapy job don't expect them to compensate you for their screw ups! You'd… think when someone spends $15k they'd at least try to fix everything for it. Did anyone even ask me if I was satisfied? NO when I voiced my issues "oh I'm so sorry that happen to you."
