Douglas Flooring is a sad example of an honest business. Do not go to them. The only reason I even rated them one star is for the installers They are a scam and they will over charge you. If you go to them please ask for a itemized receipt of all the material and the labor. If not you might be up charged and never know it. Better yet I advise anybody who has gotten work done from them to go back in and ask for your material and labor receipts. I bet it doesn't match up to what you paid them. I don't know about you but Id feel like I was scammed if for example my material costs $500 and labor $300

I had Douglas Flooring help clean and repair my Family's Oriental rug in their Rug Wash. Their Technician came to our house on time and picked it up and returned it after a thorough cleaning. Douglas Flooring help us identify the type of oriental rug we had, the materials it was made out of and how to continue to care for it so that my Grand Children get something nice just like I did. We were so impressed with the service that we are continuing to use Douglas Flooring's services for our other rugs in storage and to repair the cypress flooring in our home.
