I was helping my nephew find a car during a time of need..and was blessed with Auto express! We arrived about 15 mins before closing and was treated with great respect and concern for our situation and needs. Told Barron (the person who jumped at the chance to assist us) what little budget we had to work with and, with no pressure, he gave us a listing of what he had in stock at our price range. Didn't try to sell us more than we could afford and gave us his expert opinion on which one to go with only when asked!! Yes, we ended up with a high mileage SUV but took it to our mechanic of choice

The owners, some staff should be at least fined or charged with scamming. My friend got royally screwed with a cute car that said it's clean, no engine problems and a week later the problems exploded. Won't say what they were cause she doesn't want them to read this and know it's her cause she's afraid of them because of how mean, rude and utterly vicious they are. The sales guy doesn't care and says it's not their problem and the manager cares less. She found their add in Car Guru.

I recently bought a car from this place. It's a absolute trash! I had to do a lot of changes to this car. I went to a car shop and I got a 2 paged paper of mechanical issues that the car has! WHERE ARE YOU GETTING YOUR CARS FROM?!!??
The mechanic told me the engine is not original it's been changed from the junkyard. So it could have less or more miles. The transmission has a leak and the engine has a leak too. Came here to look at car posted for sale on marketplace... description said cold a/c- took car on a test drive, a/c clearly was not working. Spoke to Roger he said he would get it looked at and call me back. Didn't receive a call back so, called up myself spoke to someone who said "it's to much trouble to take to a mechanic and we won't do that". I said well, he said you would might offer a better deal since it's not working and you said it was- dude said "nope we won't do that either, these cars are take it or leave it" Be careful with these lots

I first went to auto express and bought a truck about 5 weeks ago, and at first glance it seemed like a good deal, decent mileage and looked to be kept well, and the carfax didn't have anything out of the ordinary. Two days after my purchase, the engine started to sound bad and it shut off while driving. Turns out, the car had a major defect, it had been run without oil many times and therefore the engine was dead

I called to check on my plates and was told they still did not have them ready. Ok fine, so I have been calling for a while, plates were paid for before state closed down and I have been checking back every few weeks since they reopened and been told the same thing every time so now when I asked if it could be checked on the guy told raised his voice and told me there was nothing he could do and asked me what I was gonna do about it! Very unprofessional and would not give me his name so I could not "blast" him. Would not let me speak to anyone else said he was the only one there even

These people took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They even fixed a couple of minor things before we took our truck. They really make you feel welcome. I totally didn't feel like I was buying a car. If your looking for those good old boys selling a good car at a decent price then you need to go here!! Oh, and if you use truecar to secure your purchase and you have Geico there are discounts you can claim online!

I would give zero stars if I could. We arrived and had to look around on our own without any assistance. After finally deciding on our own that we wanted to take a car and test drive it. When they took the car out they scratched it and gave it to us to test drive without any license plates. After we noticed the scratches we tried to negotiate a price. Very rude and unfriendly man, Michael, told us that was the price and if we liked it to take it if not to give him back the keys. Great place and great people to deal with. They have a large selection of cars at really good prices- they don't add huge profit markups to their cars. They also have cars in all conditions from really nice and like new to "mechanic specials" (cars that need repairs). I was looking for a cheap car for my kids so purchased a car that needed work - knowing that I was going to save a lot of money on a nice Beetle after I took care of the repairs. Understand this - if you are looking for a shiny dealership with a large fancy show room and tons of salespeople tripping over themselves

Very predatory! Tried to force my brother into taking possession of a vehicle that he took to his mechanic for inspection. The mechanic had the vehicle overnight and said it would be a terrible purchase. He returned the vehicle the next morning. The car lot manager tried to hold his driver's license hostage in an attempt to force him to sign some paperwork. After a visit from the a nice police officer he was able to retrieve his license from the car lot manager. Shady business practices is an understatement.

My husband visited this dealership today. They wanted him to pay $25 just to test drive a car. When he said he wasn't interested in paying that fee, they rudely told him that he really wasn't interested in purchasing a car then. Little did they know, we purchased a car about an hour later from another dealership. Their loss, OUR GAIN!

Don't ever ever go there to buy a car as a first time car buyer for my grandson these people were unprofessional for example the manager Michael he comes at to you which shades on his face on a rainy day pretty much asking me what you want no good morning no type of manners then give me a key to a car that couldn't even make it off the lot because it couldn't start don't waste your time going there.

I called to find out information about a vehicle they had listed on their website. When I asked them they said everything worked and was available. Once I got there I was told the power steering was messing up and it was an As Is purchase. I drove 40 mins to look at the vehicle so I decided to look around. I found another SUV there, but it had a flat tire. I asked if I bought it would they put a new tire on, salesperson said no, they would only inflate the tire. I would have to get it fixed. I would not recommend wasting your time with this place.

I went to buy my son a car. I found this place on car guru and went since they were close to where I live. It was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Test drove the vehicle marked down because of the check engine light. I asked if they would lower price. The sales person (they are not interested in selling) very nonchalant. Long story short it was too close to quitting time. So this person cursed me and my son. Told us we were wasting his F%&$# time.
