On recommendation from one of our neighbors, we reached out to Ridge Valley Exteriors to assist us with a roof replacement claim due to weather damage. The company and Bobby Rednour in particular were extremely helpful to us as we navigated the claims process with our insurance company that was extremely difficult to deal with. Jacob was great in explaining the process, performing and explaining the roof evaluation, and working with the insurance company in helping me get the claim process started. Jacob also came over to the house to showed us the roofing options and communicated well whenever he needed to come over to the house to do more evaluations or take pictures. The work done by the crew to replace the roof was good and they even updated me with pictures as they were performing the work. The knock in the process was scheduling. Ridge Valley Exteriors replaced our roof shingles which were damaged by a hail storm a few months ago. They gave us a detailed estimate for the repairs which included the roof on my shed. The quality of workmanship was far above the norm. They cleaned up our property, with only a few nails which had managed to get into the gutters. I am very dissatisfied. It started when my roof was not measured correctly and now they want me to pay extra for a mistake that was not mine. Installation was suppose to start the last week in May, did not start until the middle of June. After I returned from vacation, I noticed a few things wrong with the roof and a water bottle still left on the gutter of the house. Excellent service! It was a pleasure to work with Joe. He treated us like family and made me feel very comfortable with an uncomfortable/unknown process. There were a few unforseen problems on the day of installation but the team worked through them effectively. Despite the delay they finished the bulk of the job in one day.
