The project managers are all HAAG certified roof inspectors and our labor crews are all certified by the manufacturers.
The Free Check Roofing consultation includes our 14 point inspection. We take pictures, document everything, then generate a report and share it with the property owner. All at no cost and no obligation. This is a great way to find out if you have damages from recent storms or just to find out the over all condition of your roof.
This depends on type of coverage you have on your home. In the State of Georgia if you have a mortgage then it is a requirement for you to have a full RCV policy (full replacement cost). This insures that if something devastating happens to the property and the mortgagor cannot afford to take care of it, then the expense will not be on the mortgage company.

Best roofing company! Derrick is amazing!!!!! We purchased a 20 year old home in April which was in need of a new roof. We were literally prepared to pay 25K out of pocket until we met Derrick. The general inspector said we needed a roof ASAP. We reached out to Derrick to do a roof inspection and he convinced us that we could wait a year and likely could get a new roof through insurance. We were a little uncertain it would happen that simple, but 6 months later due to wind/storm damage we have a brand new roof through insurance. Checking Roofing did a great job from start to finish! We were “bombarded”

We gave them 5 stars because they did a fantastic job, great clean-up and the most professional service we have ever encountered. They dealt with our insurance company for us and it made the whole process so much easier. Derrick and Chris both are both professional and courteous. We have had our roof replaced years ago and it did not even compare to the quality of their services. We would most highly recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

This company is extremely responsive. They are highly recommended and did a great job quickly scheduling and meeting with us. They are very polite, courteous, punctual, and obtained factual information for filing with insurance because of hail and wind damage. They are efficient and pay attention to detail. Extremely hard-working crew who worked about 13 hours for 2 days straight. Very meticulous. The clean up was thorough. Highly recommend.

Derrick was GREAT! Super responsive and informative, and available for any questions that I had. Once we got the quote from the insurance company, we were able to schedule the roof replacement quickly and everything was completed in the timeline I was given. Wow. What an easy and stress-free process it was to work with Derrick and Check Roofing! We had storm damage from a few months back but were hesitant that we would qualify for a replacement. Thankfully, a family member recommended Derrick to us. We called him and he stated that he would come out and give a free consultation (Same Day!). Not only was he prompt and professional, he also walked us through the damage he found via photos and helped us prepare our paperwork for an insurance claim.
Derrick’s team of guys were wonderful as well. They were here right at 7am and done by 3:30. Full cleanup
