I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received from Charles, Chase and Charcool’s professional employees. After a thorough explanation by Charles of the different versions of heat pumps offered by charcool (with no pressure) I ultimately purchased a unit and was scheduled for installation within a couple days.
The installers were courteous and hard working enduring 100+ degree attic heat.
Upon completion of the unit they removed the old system, swept, and made sure any loose wire remnants and cardboard was removed.
Charles then fully explained the workings of the new computer

Charcool put in a new heat pump for us several years ago. The team was thorough and professional. They made sure we understood how to operate the thermostat and explained basic homeowner maintenance for the system. The company offers great service. Anyone Charcool has ever sent to do our annual service has always been very courteous and respectful of us and our property. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs.
