Tanner was efficient and thorough. He explained what he did to me and the heater worked fine that day. A few days later, when the same thing seemed to happen again. I contacted 1st choice and Tanner returned, broke the parts down further and cleaned more deeply. He showed me the part and explained how it worked. There was no additional charge.

I texted Mike at 8am informing him of a heater issue i had & seeing if he could come look at it some time. He immediately responded & let me know that they would be at my house at 10am. His son, Tanner, showed up right on time & quickly diagnosed our problem. He got us fixed right up & my heater is now working properly! So thankful we found Micheal’s company. He has come out multiple times at night and on the weekend to help us when our AC unit went out. He will be putting in a new system for us as well.
