Love the Toyota brand, but I hate the used car department of this dealership... I went to look at a vehicle they had listed for sale online, but left highly disappointed - first, the vehicle I was looking at was clearly damaged and they still valued it at a ridiculously high price... and they tried to brush it under the rug by saying that the damage was "minor", when the CARFAX they showed me clearly indicated that there was moderate to severe damage. Second, if you're looking to trade in your vehicle, they will undervalue the hell out of your car, so it isn't worth it taking

After finding a truck online with this dealership, I called to verify it was available. Specifically asked to verify the vehicle was available, that it was exactly what I was looking for, and that it was on the lot. I showed up only to find that they lied to me to get me in the door. Anybody who has done any research about this place knows they are shadiest dealership around. A quick search will unveil years and years of complaints with terrible reviews and unethical practices. They will do anything they can to get as much money out of you by being deceitful and and outright lie.
Any car worth getting will have "market adjustments" of 20,000 and they will lie to you and say it's standards. It's not true! There are dealers selling these cars at msrp. These are the kind of people who would scam an old lady out of her life savings and not think twice about

Turn around and run.
This dealership has not changed in the 3 years I've avoided it. When I went in 3 years ago for a lease, their salesman and woman were not trustworthy and went back on their words - gaslighting me in the process. I went to a different toyota that's much farther away and got it done. Fast forward to 3 years later, today, I really wanted to avoid the drive to the other dealership so I thought I'd give this place another try. The person who (tried to) help me was incompetent, took 15 minutes to get a piece of paper. She had no idea what the process would be like

I worked with Toyota of Dallas on 11/18/2021 and I'd definitely recommend them. The car I was looking to get into was a specific trim/ package that isn't easy to find on the used/preowned side. I found my car on their intake lot before was even listed for sale (it was traded/sold to them literally the day prior so they hadn't prepped it) When I saw the car, I drove back the next day when they opened and said that's the one I wanted. Brand new Toyota GR86 went live online to custom build and order. I submitted a quote and was referred to a dealership. When I got to Toyota of Dallas, the original salesman who agreed to meet me was unavailable, so I was sat with "Im", who appeared a bit inexperienced.
Long story short, I went to a Toyota dealership to order a brand new Toyota that was released on the TOYOTA website, and they told me that I couldn't custom order one and would only be able to put down a deposit for one of the vehicles that they order.

Amazing service, UNTILL AFTER you buy a car. I bought my car and we had agreed that it would come with a certain accessory that would need to be ordered by them. Weeks without an update (I would call twice a week), ended with them saying that they could no longer provide the accessory. After complaining to corporate Toyota this dealership offered cash instead and I accepted but have yet to receive the cash. That was almost six months ago and now no-one will return my calls.
I heavily recommend Toyota of Irving instead. Smaller dealership with less inventory, but better staff.

Don't be fooled, they use bait and switch tactics. They don't have your car. Management will not assist.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Read the reviews on yelp. I saw 4+ stars on google and assumed it was a credible establishment. I was wrong, this is the worst dealership I've ever seen.
STAY AWAY FROM THE USED CAR SALESPEOPLE. THEY ARE AGGRESSIVE, MEAN, DEMEANING, BELITTLING, AND AWFUL. Went to go see a car I was interested in and they were cordial UNTIL you start mentioning price. They get intensely defensive over their set price, which is apparently not negotiable to any of them. Even though the negotiation doesn't go anywhere, they will still hold you hostage in their seats

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Toyota of Dallas and for 2+ years received service from them. Recently though the dealership has gone down the drain. Especially their service department.
My biggest complaint is that when we arrive for an appointment we have to wait 40 minutes just to get fully taken care of. Then we find ourselves standing around waiting for updates.
Our service advisor took our keys and just left us in the bay. I had to track him down to get an update and he was still in the process of uploading paperwork.
I hope they turn this around.

I leased a Tacoma with Derek Oh last month and it was the easiest and quickest car transaction I have ever experienced. I absolutely hate going to the dealership and being swarmed around a pool of sales consultants asking "if you need help" or "what they can do to have you sign today." I understand this is part of their job and car buying process. I finally had the mental capacity to drive to the dealership to look at a few models and deal with the whole dealership experience. My rear brakes were squealing LOUDER than if it was JUST rust/condensation so I took my 2020 tundra to get checked out. When I asked Carlos (service rep) to check them out he said "that's normal, no need to check it out" even when I told him i have had trucks do this before but not as loud (I mean come on it's a 2020)!! ANYWAY I told him I'll fix it and let you know the outcome and he laughed!! Well guess what, there was a metal shard
