We decided to go with Bradco Kitchens for our custom kitchen cabinets and I couldn't be happier.

These guys are amazing and gave me hope that there are actually honest contractors still around!

The Bradco and B&R Construction teams were great to work with! Using my basic drawings they quickly produced shop drawings, provided design recommendations, took care of building permit inspections, and were very responsive during the remodel itself. They fabricated two sets of custom bathroom cabinets that turned out beautifully! B&R Construction beautifully converted our garage into this ADU dwelling with full kitchen, full bathroom and living space. Cabinets constructed and manufactured direct from B&R Construction. B & R Construction stepped in to properly diagnose and repair a mysterious shower leak in my sons' condominium and helped me resolve a very difficult situation. The original shower remodel was improperly waterproofed by a different contractor in 2015, and in 2019 the HOA plumber incorrectly assumed that the leak was coming from the shower pan, so this was a tricky situation. B & R meticulously figured out that the source of the leak was actually the wall niche and not the pan and they had to completely rebuild the shower. We recently remodeled our two bathrooms.

After several month of delay with the first contractor we hired and no city inspections passed we came to our senses, we fired the guy and went looking for a new contractor. Not a pleasant experience as we already spend part of our budget with the first guy. In the search for a new contractor one of our neighbors' suggested that we contact B & R Construction. Been wanting to write this review while I was still in the middle of my project but I decided to wait until Bradco and B&R finished up completely. You never know what can happen at the very end and I’m happy to stay that these guys did such a terrific job on my 2 bathroom remodel. I used them 4 years ago on my remodel and decided to wait on my bathrooms due to my budget. Finally ended up doing the bathrooms which is no easy task but Bradco and B&R was with me every step of the way. I have been doing business with Michael and the B&R team for about 2 years now and every project they work on ends as an exceptional piece of art. Not only is the final product flawless but the team is very responsive which makes the whole process much simpler. Should you need some exterior renovation work done to your home or investment property, i would highly recommend B&R Construction.

I would strongly recommend that you do not work with B&R. My husband and I hired B&R for a kitchen refacing (new cabinet doors + new countertops + new farmhouse sink) and just three days after they started the work (and removed our sink) our 3 story townhouse flooded, the flooding originating at the kitchen sink. B&R has denied all responsibility for the damages and has refused to put us in touch with their insurance carrier to help with the roughly $100k in damages to our home and to help with temp housing for me and my family (we are looking at 6 months out of our home). I'm not surprised by the many 5 star evaluations. I also highly recommend B & R Construction. Eli is a wonderful contractor. My project was small (replace kitchen counter and appliances) but Eli approached the work and me, with respect and care. He listened to what I wanted rather than imposing his ideas. He was respectful in making suggestions when I asked for them. I'm extremely happy with the results. There were no surprise expenditures, they finished on time, and my kitchen looks fantastic. B & R Construction has been a huge help to my house. We've been working on a hillside backyard renovation with them and it couldn't be any smoother. We're in the process of installing a tennis court. In the meantime of the project they've also been helping with furniture renovation throughout the whole house. Anything from custom nightstands to fixing defects in our existing cabinets. By far the best workman ship I've paid for.

The team at B&R has exceeded my expectations.
They finished my kitchen remodel ahead of schedule and delivered everything as promised. Five stars for being easy to communicate with throughout the whole process and treating my home with the upmost respect. There were change orders but only because I requested additional work. Not the cheapest guys in town but definitely some of the best around. After hearing so many construction horror stories I was pleasantly suprised to see my project completed smoothly.

After putting a beautiful property in historical Hancock park on the market for sale. There where tons of interest but after the buyers inspection they wanted to deduct hundreds of thousands of dollars. I gave Jeremy from b&r a call and they went trough the whole inspection report and worked double shifts to get it all completed. It was definitely a pleasure dealing with them. Amazing service, knowledgable crew and first class quality work. I got a full repipe on my house and after a month of working with Jeremy & Eli I must say, I'm impressed. They even sent me flowers when the job was completed. It's good to know your appreciated and they should know I appreciated having them as my contractors!

B & R Construction did a complete bathroom remodel for us in 2008. Eli managed the job and Benji was the on-site guy in charge. They did a wonderful job of gutting our bathroom and then making it the nicest room in our townhouse. Over the years we had small leak from the shower tile at the base of the shower. Eli & Benji came out several times to try and fix the leak, however it kept coming back.

With the last leak several months ago, Eli decided it was time to get at the root cause of the problem. This required B & R to remove the shower door and take apart the bottom lip

We had B & R Construction remodel our kitchen early last year. The project was a complete demo, removal of a load-bearing wall and then a brand-spanking new kitchen installed. Eli oversaw the project and made sure that all the permits and inspections were taken care of. Manny, our foreman, ensured that the job was done well and on-time. He also was patient enough to answer all of my questions (too much time watching HGTV!) and addressing any issues that I raised. When a surprise downpour hit on a holiday weekend, he called and then came to check that everything was ok.
