I had a emergency
My door wasn’t working and called them to take a look at it on a Friday night around 8pm
and they still send someone to fix it
By the way I called other companies and nobody answered
If you have any issues with your garage door at anytime give them a call they will answer

Sold me exactly what I DID NOT need or want and now won't accept responsibility.
Specifically told him I just wanted a simple replacement for old opener. He claimed old one underpowered, even tho it had lasted 15 years (per him). I was foolish enough to trust that what he quoted was for what I asked, and said ok. Later found it was an expensive upgrade and he also replaced the perfectly good track (not authorized). $525.
His solution: Take it away and refund the money ( which would leave me without an opener or track til I found someone reputable). I suggested he replace with a simple unit as

We had an accident involving our teenager and garage door. Needless to say, we needed a full garage door replacement quick. I called a few places and Jerry came through with a quick turn around. They came and installed a full garage door system within a couple of hours. They were professional and kept us well informed. They didnt try to haggle us. They cleaned up and hauled our old stuff. The garage came with a warranty and maintenance. The price was far more reasonable than most places. So happy with the job and how quiet the door opens. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

They came. Over to install new opener and when the older man aka his father was here he knew right away it wasn't my opener but still went with it and after that he told me it was the spring and it would come out to $300 on top of the $130 he was already charging me I wouldn't Recommend this company to friends or family.

Responded quickly and followed up until coming out. They are conscientious- observe the COVID Safety protocols w masks - quickly went right to work changing out my old metal rollers for nice new quiet and smooth nylon rollers. Set me up w (2) brand new remotes and re-programmed a 3rd remote I had previously - all f a modest price. I would use them again anytime and happily recommend their services.

So after several tries with no phone responses (who were found on yelp BTW) and several epithets that would make a 20-year Navy man blush, I called Jerry Garage Doors who I also found on yelp. He couldn't make it the day I called, so he scheduled me for the next day. He showed up on time and was professional and cordial. I doubt he was there half an hour and he took care of the garage door's problem. The price was more than reasonable even with the roller replacements I had asked for. I was so happy with the price and the work performed that I tipped him well. Jerry you are THE MAN where

If you're in the San Antonio area and ever need garage door opener repair, call Jerry's Garage Door Repair at 210-529-8543! Don't even think about it, just call him! He's been to our place twice - once when the door came off the tracks and again tonight after the spring broke. Both times he came within two hours of my call and both times finished the job in less than an hour. And, both times what he charged me was so incredibly reasonable I was compelled to add a tip!
