Beware - Purchased sod installation which arrived on the truck nearly dead, I questioned the state of it and was reassured that it will take root and be fine. The grass was watered morning and evening either by hand, rain and/or sprinklers but unfortunately, it did not take root and when I followed up for my 30 day guarantee I was then told it would be an additional fee for sod removal ($300 PER PALLET). Because it wasn't communicated from the beginning and was later stipulated I asked for a price reduction. They agreed to $150 for 400 sq. ft. but sadly this didn't cover the entire original
