I Purchased a vehicle in cash from them for the full amount from them in June, Its August and I have yet to get the Title. Now remind you this is a luxury vehicle purchased with cash out the door.Texas law says the title is required to be provided to the buyer in 30 days from the purchase.So now the company is breaking the Law. I have also yet to get the plates on a vehicle which plates expired on 7/21/21.....today is 8/20/21.....

I purchased a 2017 Camaro 50th Anniversary Edition from this dealer. I looked online all across the country for that car with a manual transmission. Once I found it I called, looked over the photos carefully, and asked questions. I was told the car was in "immaculate" condition. I provided payment immediately, and arranged to fly to Dallas to pick up the car in about 2 weeks. When I get to the dealer the staff was rude, the car had no gas and no one was interested in showing us about our new purchase. Within two hours of leaving the lot the check engine light was on. Steve and Jimmy were extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations. At first it was looking like we were not going to be able to make things work with the trade in and the car i needed, but a few hours later we had the deal right where i needed it. Shortest time i have been in a dealership, and no waiting for finance because the salesman take care of all the paperwork. Do not shop here. This dealership has horrible service and customer care. I wish I would have caught the name of the finance director (he looks like the train man from the matrix reloaded) but after waiting 3 hours on him to give me the run around and the most absurd percentages he acted like I was an inconvenience and he had better things to do. He said he had "two other deals" and "he didn't have time" I found another Lexus within 30 minutes and was home driving within the hour. I got the terms and conditions I wanted with Allen Samuels Direct. Thanks to Jason Johnson

I am in disbelief about how a place with such high end inventory has such low end management. I purchased a vehicle that had undisclosed issues, was dirty, no fuel, only one key that was malfunctioning, and continuously given the run around about correcting the issues. As of today, STILL NO WORD from Joel Martinez or Antonio Salinas...the so called managers. Don't waste

I purchased a Jaguar F-Type in April 2018 and this car has been in the shop twice in three months. The first time it was in the shop was for a coolant leak. The mechanic found that the leak was a preexisting condition. The second repair was for a bad fuel injector. I purchased the extended warranty at the time of purchase and the warranty company refused to pay for the injector repair because of the preexisting coolant leak. Three weeks into the repair I found out that all six injectors needed to be replaced. To make a long story short, my car has been in the shop for two out of the three months
