Justin and HVAC Experts did a very professional installation on Mini Spilt system. The installation was done on-time, efficiently very neatly done They arrived on time and cleaned up perfectly. They took care of any concerns and questions I had about the install, tested the complete system after installation and even fill out my masssave rebate for me. He is reasonably price. I highly recommend him and will refer him to friends and family

I called because my air handler was leaking. Since the handler was in the garage, it was not an emergency. They quoted a very reasonable service fee. I scheduled an appointment. David Owens called and said he could arrive earlier if i was available. I was. David was professional and courteous. He checked out the handler and checked the freon levels. He made a couple suggestions to resolve the issue i could do on my own and if those didnt work they could do some work for a flat fee. Following his suggestions it ended up costing me less than two dollars (in addition to the service fee) to fix my

Justin did an excellent job installing Gree mini splits at my home. It was a big job that included two outdoor units and seven indoor wall mounts. The job was completed in a week. He showed up when he said he would and I couldn't be more pleased. He was very helpful with the MassSave loan and his price was the best around.

My air conditioner died...I called several HVAC businesses but heard they would need a few days - one said they couldn't make it for two weeks!! ...crazy.
But when I called Justin, he said he'd come out early before an other job. So at 7:45 am, he was at my door. He took about 20 minutes to put a new condenser in (the old one was very rusted) and then increased my freon because it was low. I wasn't late for work and could come back to a cool home in the evening.
That was a month ago. All is still fine. But now I know I have a good HVAC to call if something happens to my furnace this fall. Peace

I had some tubing in my gas boiler replaced today. A couple hours later, the house smelled of gas. I called it in to Eversource and they sent out an emergency tech. Sure enough, there was a gas leak at the site of the repair. The tube had not been screwed in tightly enough, and there was 11% gas leaking.
Also, VERY expensive - I don't know how they came up with almost $400 to replace pilot tubing and gas tubing.
I won't be calling them again.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. My only explanation for their high rating would be that they flooded themselves with 5 stars from madeup accounts. They don't stay true to appointment times, they will rip you off, and most importantly - when they are done, you will be left down several thousand $$ and the same problem you called them with.

Justin from HVAC Experts provided excellent service when our furnace stopped in the middle of a winter cold snap. He returned our call quickly, 4 other places didn't even call back. Justin provided clear expectations, met the onsite estimate and left the furnace functional and cleaner than before. Justin also did not try to up sell us and thr repair price was very reasonable compared to some other work we'd had done. Great job and I highly recommend Justin from HVAC Experts

My roommates and I have had problems with our central air and our landlord finally called HVAC Experts Inc and I'm so glad he did. Our system is super old and even though our landlord refuses to replace it, Brandon from HVAC came and helped us out as much as he could. He recharged the AC and placed insulation in the windows to keep the heat from going in the attic. It made a huge difference. He was on time both times he came and stayed as long as he needed to to make sure it got done. He even stayed and put in a screen for our window that was broken, even though that's not in his job
