Don't use these guys there dishonest they tell you your furnace isn't any good and leave you sitting in the cold in below zero weather called another heating and cooling guy he found the problem and it was just clogged from moisture and got it up and working and Paul's tech was trying to sell me another furnace and purposely discounted my thermistate and said it was also broke and had a short it was brand new and there was nothing wrong with it I reported him to the town stop ripping people off that's not the way to run an honest business. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!

This was the first time using Paul's air conditioning, and I couldn't be happier. Scott was our technician and he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue and found another problem and fixed them both. He also explained the zones in the house and which thermostats controlled them. Amanda responded very quickly to my email to make an appointment and we had great communication. I will definitely be using Paul's air conditioning in the future. Thank you guys:)

These people are awesome! They came out and repaired my AC and it’s blowing even colder than when we first bought the house last year. They even gave recommendations on how long my AC unit may last which I expected based on the age of the unit. But overall, great experience. Very professional. Will be using them again for my AC needs. Highly recommend!

Paul's Heating & Air installed our HVAC unit and ductwork last year and we could not be happier. We needed maintenance today and Scott came out quickly and made sure all was well and that all of our questions were answered.

Woke up to our air not working, called them they had Scott out that evening got the problem fixed and air back working. Very nice and courteous gentleman.
