We used American Heating and Air to install a New AC unit. When they arrived Thomas explained I needed my Air ducts n vents cleaned before the new install. Which I then had done. A week later American came back to install the new AC and Thomas nicely asked why I didn't have my Vents and ducts cleaned. I stated I did. Well Thomas explained that no they did not do a good job. I come to find out that the Company we hired Peach Tree cleaning did not do the proper job cleaning my Vents n ducts but American did the best they could clearing them out during the install. I had a problem getting the peach

What an amazing experience I had with this company. I will always use and recommend them. The service was by far the very best I have ever had from a heating and AC company. They were on time, very knowledgeable, courteous and the pricing was very reasonable. They had the complete unit in and cleaned up within a few hours. I was amazed at how fast the office replied back to "all" my emails and answered all my questions for me. Just an amazing company and a great group of people. Thank you Thomas, Casey and Amanda for a great job. There was another young man that I didn't get his name but was great

My neighbors referred me to this company, our downstairs unit stopped working and it gets up to 80 degrees in my office.
I am beyond pleased with the customer service I have received from America’s heating and air. The price was fair and I trusted the technician, Casey, who came out. Love that this is a family owned business. We will definitely call again in the future when needed- knowing we are getting good service and fair prices there is no need to go elsewhere.

WOW! Amazing experience! This company has the professionalism, customer care (remember that? They do!) and well trained technicians who replaced our entire a/c unit. Our new unit is working efficiently and providing great comfort! They are a true team from the office to the service (all excellent)! We also had issues with uneven cooling in our front 2 bedrooms (warmer than rest of house). Thomas and his crew readily fixed this problem and we now have even cooling throughout the house! Very grateful for such a fantastic experience replacing our system and making our home more comfortable!
