Twenty years ago, a metro-Atlanta church made an investment. The congregation graciously paid for books and tuition at Gwinnett Tech. Taking their sacrifice to heart, I poured myself into the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) service industry. Within 4 years, I obtained a Georgia Warm Air Contractors License.
This may sound corny, but it is the absolute truth: I love to repair HVAC equipment and get a huge sense of satisfaction when you are happy with my heating and cooling services. I honestly have a passion for heat and air repair and air conditioning installation, especially when it comes to helping my friends and neighbors in Georgia and North Georgia.

Please do yourself a favor and call someone else. We had a new unit installed 13 months ago and the install and service is not what I would expect from a business. Needless to say we are hot upstairs tonight the unit has stop working and he said it’s my fault. Now I need another company to come out to repair a unit I paid more than $3,000.00 for. The owner threaten to sue me for slander if I wrote any comments on social media.

He installed a new system April 2019. It started blowing warm air on June 4, 2020 and the good news is he came on Sunday June 7, 2020 and diagnosed it as a broken coil which is covered under warranty. I called on June 16 to get an update and was told someone would call me back. After 2 days there was no return call and since then Curt has ghosted me and refused to take my calls and refused to make the repair. He would not return my calls, texts or email. By June 22, 2020 I expected Curt to have the part and repair the AC especially since it is June and hot here in the state of Georgia. I finally

DO NOT USE!! Got new unit that broke after a year. Tried to get in touch w/Curt and he REFUSED to call us back. He instead texted. Came once, then claimed to order the part, saying it would take 2 weeks. After waiting 2-1/2 weeks, we could not get in touch with him after calling repeatedly and texting, we finally got in touch with Curt via text and he claimed we hadn't been calling or texting. He was VERY unprofessional towards us, acting as though we should be friends and if we weren't, he didn't need to service us. He then refused to service our unit, even though it was under warranty. Curt was very helpful and professional. I called him late in the evening on a Saturday to come and take a look at our AC unit, and he was more than willing to help us out right then..rather than to have me and my family suffer through the night (our thermostat read 90 degrees for three hours prior to Curt’s arrival). He performed a handful of test, determined the root cause of failure within 30 minutes, and had the air flowing within an hour. Great guy, great service. I would recommend to anyone.
