I had an issue with a gas flow control valve in the furnace. It had a loose connection which worked intermittently and if unplugged and reconnected would start working again. The first tech came and installed a differential pressure switch (not needed) and after a few days the issue happened again. On the second call a different tech came and diagnosed the issue with the gas flow control valve and connection issue. No part was changed. After a few days the part quit again and I ordered a new part. They refused to come install it unless they charged me the full price of buying another new valve

They were very professional and offered multiple options and services to fit my budget and get my AC back up and running. Installation of new air handling system by Travis and team was executed perfectly and looks so much better than whoever had installed the previous unit in my home. Mr. Dave from the Braselton office was customer service oriented. He wore a mask and wore the foot covers. Our client had problems with workers coming in and out of her home that didn't wear shoe coverings and a mask. I explained the situation to Mr. Dave and he understood. He fixed the problems with the thermostat without any problems. I appreciate the dispatchers as well. They were able to fit the client in without any problems! Overall service was FIVE STARS. Thank you

Jacob and TJ replaced our old heat pump and air handler. Arrived on time and went right to work. Took care to put down pads to protect carpet and hardwoods. Both were very courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after completing the install. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing new system

He showed up on time, was professional and fixed our issue quickly. I'd also like to add that he did NOT try to sell us anything... like a maintenance contract. I highly recommend Clark’s Heating and Air!!! Our previous heat and air company was going to take DAYS to get out to us and then even longer to get us a quote for a new system. I called Clark’s and they were at our office within a couple of hours. They did determine that a new unit was in order. I had quote within minutes! We were on the schedule for our install within minutes after that! EXCELLENT customer service! Professional and very efficient!!! Thanks Clark’s Heating and Air!!!
