Got a new system installed by these guys. Couldn’t be happier, I approve the estimate and scheduled the work to be done. Totally forgot about which day they were coming out to my surprise I came home one day and had a brand new system already installed with no hiccups.
It’s a huge relief to have a properly working system that I don’t have to worry about.

I have used S&H on other occasions and they always are extremely responsive, professional, considerate, friendly, knowledgeable and all round great company to work with. Had home warranty come out to find out why a/c was throwing breaker. He said it needed new compressor and would take maybe a month to get a rebuilt compressor from the Philippines . Being compressor has lifetime warranty this did not add up. I called S&H.
They were there in less than 2 hrs and had cool air blowing in less than an hour. Just needed two compasiters that were covered under warranty. Temps have been in the high 90s and are low 90s today . Glad I called S&H

Tony was EXTREMELY professional and HONEST. It was very clear that his initial goal was to get my system working so that I would not need to replace it--- spend more money now, than necessary. I really appreciated that he did not see our issues as an opportunity to get a "big" payday. I was impressed. Honesty and professionalism does pay.

S & H continues to be the best subcontractor of all that I use. They are prompt in responding and always do a great job. They go the extra mile for me as I am frequently out of town and they handle any problems or maintenance necessary. I emphasize necessary because they do not tag on other services that are optional just to boost the bill. Their honesty and professionalism are to be commended.
