Clockwork came out to repair a heat issue I had recently and checked everything but it was determined it simply was cold air causing temp fluctuations at the thermostat. Although this call was to ease my mind concerning my heat, I have been with this company for years. You always look for that one mechanic, doctor, HVAC company, etc, etc. that treats you with respect, is on time, does not charge you an arm and leg, are professionals, treat your equipment with respect, etc,etc. Clockwork is that company. I came home at 6:20 pm and noticed my air conditioner wasn’t working. I called them and the repair man was here by 7. He was very knowledgeable and courteous (he even cleaned up some insulation that fell from the attic). He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue and got our AC working again. I will be using them from now on. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Clockwork. It was brooching 90º+ and my 33-year system had had enough. I called a number of firms to bid on the job but Clockwork stood out heads and shoulders above everyone else. First: they showed up within hours. After a thorough review, Mack explained everything involved in replacing my system and made a number of suggestions that would help a new system be more efficient. I had an old AC unit that I knew needed a new capacitor, and the fan motor caught on fire as a result of this. I was new to Athens at the time and had never researched HVAC companies in the area. Their work was excellent. They were professional and quick. I realized that I was in trouble though when the representative who came to diagnose my issue pulled out a laminated sheet showing the price of replacing the capacitor. I cannot recommend Clockwork Heating and Air enough. My AC/Heat had a problem and they were out the same day I called to check on it. Mr. Chambers came out and did a very thorough inspection and was very courteous and professional in explaining the issue, unfortunately my system was really past the expected life cycle and the problems were more than I wanted to invest in fixing on something so old so I decided on having a new one installed. Linda and everyone who work for Clockwork are amazing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. The communication is amazing. Every step of the way Linda kept me updated and I could tell she genuinely cared about getting my air conditioner fixed! In the midst of them repairing my AC unit, my electrical panel had to be replaced, so it got to a point where they couldn't do anything more until the power was back on, but instead of me having to reschedule with them, Linda kept in contact with me multiple times daily and worked directly with the electrical company to ensure my air was fixed as soon as

Wow, they have the best -and quick service ever! Our AC went out last night. They answered the phone in the evening and set up an appointment for first thing in the morning . They did such a wonderful job! We called other companies and are still waiting on their call back! Our unit was fixed in no time and they employee was wonderful and such a great guy. Top notch customer service! They also have a very fair price! We will be signing up to their club to have yearly maintenance. Just outstanding service .

Jesse is the best. He just fixed my father’s AC unit and is coming back next week to do some upgrades. We are so thankful for his professionalism and knowledge. He wore shoe covers indoors, he gave us his cell phone number, should we have and questions and offered a cosmetic fix that would be better for the unit in the long run. Everyone I've dealt with, from the office to the technician was pleasant and professional. The technician, Jesse, was great; professional, polite, and above all dedicated to solving the root cause of the problem. The first AC tech that came out, gave up, and referred me to another, the second got the system going twice, charged me twice, but never… properly diagnosed or solved the problem.
