Unbelievable condition on vehicle
I bought the vehicle over the phone. I asked the condition of the vehicle and was told it was beautiful and it great condition. Very clean they said. I asked for the car fax and for confirmation that the vehicle didn't smell like cigarettes or pets.
You guys lied about the condition of the vehicle I purchased. It had been sitting on a ranch not serviced for years.
I got it with a dead battery, filthy, and with a ton of issues. The oil in it hadn't been changed in a long time. It was completely black. The coolant reservoir was empty. Doesn't

Top notch reputable business, Before our purchase we took the car to our own mechanic and it checked out the car did have a couple of minor issues and they stepped up and worked through them with us.
Important note :They don't negotiate price so do you homework and get any repair repair agreements in writing.
Their sale team could use some training in people skills, it wasn't a warm and fuzzy experience.

Buying a car for my 16 yo daughter, had a very professional experience and felt like communication and patience were the two greatest reasons for a high rating. I never felt pressure or runaround with multiple sales people/managers like most dealerships. Matt did a great job, found the right car at the right price and has followed up multiple times over the past 1.5 years to make sure we are still happy with the purchase, thank you Matt!

We had a great experience recently with a used car purchase at Luxury Sport Auto. My wife and I were in to buy a car for our daughter in college - My wife had been pre-qualified for financing through her bank and Luxury Sport Auto was able to get the rate down .85% (all other terms the same). The team was easy to work with and we were on the road with the new car very quickly.
The only downside was all of the other nice vehicles on the lot - Now my wife is convinced that SHE needs a new car too!
Thanks a lot guys!

I don't normally leave bad reviews but this has to be one of the worst sales to customer relations with I have ever experienced. We recently had interest in a 2017 Audi Q7 they had for sale. Even though the vehicle was above HIGH KBB I figured they could negotiate a deal. Was that far from the truth... not only was his negotiation skills absent but when I found the brakes were due for replacement the sales rep told me they were in "tolerant condition" and there was nothing they can do about it. The pictures tells a different story and its sad that dealerships like this are allowed

Pros: great cars!
Cons:
Awful salesman, never once asked me my name, or even told me his name, only found out his name was Greg from another employee.
Test drove a Honda and an Audi A3. When asked Greg to tell me about the Honda he said "well it's a Honda". And no additional info. After I came back I roamed around trying to find him, on my way back I passed buy a Mustang I was interested in. I gave the keys back to Greg and asked if I could test drive the mustang.
Greg then proceeded to question me about it asking if I was actually going to buy it and they didn't want to

I had an absolutely amazing experience buying a vehicle from Greg at Luxury Sport Auto Sales, May of 2020! I arrived at about an hour and change before closing and Greg allowed me to test drive two vehicles. I told him that I sincerely wanted to purchase one of them and wanted to let them go home at closing time and I was willing to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle until opening the next morning. Greg told me that he would hold the car for me until I could arrive the next morning without a deposit. I hadn't bought a car in 10 years, Greg walked me through everything, explained everything

I was on the hunt for a replacement truck with a bigger towing capacity, and Luxury Sports Auto had one that might have been perfect for $32,900. I thought, with my trade I might get it down to a reasonable price. I reached out and scheduled a test drive. The next morning I got up, excited to go test drive and looked at it again and they had raised the price overnight by $1000.00. That's a crappy business move. I sent the guy a message to cancel the test drive and he s said the classic "I have other parties interested..." well....sell it to those suckers.

I have not visited their location, but I found a car here I liked and placed a deposit on it over the phone. I decided not to move forward with the purchase because I didn't feel comfortable that there was an auction reported on the carfax.
They didnt have much info regarding the vehicle's history, but they promptly refunded my deposit.
Jared and Matt were very easy to deal with and didn't pressure me during my questions about the car.
Jared even went out of his way to provide me with videos of the car, despite the listing on their website already having many photos. Thanks

I needed a shower after leaving this "dealership" experience. Stay FAR away from these guys.
A few 'highlights' on my experience:
- I paid for a 3rd party pre-purchase inspection (as anyone should), and it ran me $250. Findings: needs new tires and an alignment, along with some smaller issues like broken trim. My salesperson (Greg) texted me that he picked up the car from the mechanic who did the PPI and he said the mechanic told him an alignment was NOT necessary, despite the fact that they just installed new tires! I asked who advised that alignment wasn't needed

Oh please just go to a real dealership.... this place truly doesn't care.
I expect buying a used car there will be some basic maintenance. We've had this car for maybe 7 months now. To say the least we drive it but a month and notice a shaking when using the brakes. We go to have it checked out and ironically the thermostat comes on saying it's overheating. So we ask that they look at it. They compromise paying for the repair. They were reluctant explaining "normal wear and tear". Also saying "we are hear to make money and we can't give hand outs."

Short story: Buyer beware! The car we bought from Luxury Sport Auto had problems almost immediately, and this was the worst car buying experience we've ever had.
Longer story: We bought the car on a Friday, and loved it. We drove it for four days before needing to fill it up. When I got to the gas station, the fuel door wouldn't open even with four attendants working on it. I had to drive it back to the dealership to have their mechanic look at it before it finally opened.
From there, I drove the car three hours to Bend where we live and within a day started noticing an electronic noise

These guys are the stereotypical wholesale dealer. This stealership should be down on 82nd Ave. where to begin .... I bought an Escalade here that showed no accidents on the carfax. I questioned it because the rear bumper perfect. I had a friend check it out afterwards and The rear bumper was definitely replaced and repainted. I called and questioned them and then they remembered immediately repainting it because of luggage scratches. Lol. They were also supposed to take care of the broken navigation system. Of course after I took delivery they came down with amnesia. These guys will lie

I bought a BMW 750i from this dealership and found out that not only had the oil not been serviced (2,000 miles overdue), but there was an oil leak. After purchase we took the car to Kuni to get oil changed and they found the leak. We did purchase extended insurance through the dealership for $3,500.00 (3 years), but they give you the complete run around and ultimately denied paying the claim.
Long story short, we paid another $3,000 to Kuni for the fix of the oil leak and after the bad experience asked LSA for a refund of the extended insurance. Matt who is the finance guy sent a check for

I was nervous about trusting anyone with my beautiful sports car, but I needed the garage space and Craigslist just wasn't getting it done. Met with David B. at Luxury Sport and felt like I could trust him and LSA to keep my car safe. When an offer came in, I was notified of the details but not pressured in any way. They dealt with the customer, the negotiations, the paperwork, then I picked up my check.
What a pleasure to have a hassle free automotive transaction. Everything was as expected and as agreed.
Thanks, David.

I was upfront about my situation (being upside down on a note, downpayment amount, wanting to trade for multiple cars) and Gregg made it sound like it was all good as long as my credit score was ok.
