Horrible experience with this place. The most unprofessional used card dealership I've been to... So I called them to schedule an appointment to checkout their cars. I spoke with Sami, and informed him that I will be there the next day at 11 am. By the time I got there, the lot was locked and I can't find a single person. I called him immediately, and he said that he can't come due to some kind of zoom meeting. So I guess he's not interested in showing me or selling his cars. Sami was great. I walked in to check out an uncommon Audi A3 diesel wagon on his lot. Right away I was impressed by his wealth of knowledge regarding Audi models and release years. His prices weren’t the lowest, but all his cars were in fantastic shape. The A3 was in perfect condition with only 19k miles. Sincerity and Honesty. Those are the two most important words and qualities you look for when you shop for a car. We've all been there... shopping for a car and dealing with a sales person / manager who all they care about is making a buck. Well I was definitely BLOWN AWAY but I drive today.... Sammy specifically. He was 100% transparent and showed me all the facts and truly just put me in my place as a skeptical consumer looking to buy a car. He's honest... more than honest. And that to me makes me want to buy a car from him just because that is all rare in this automotive dealership

I was looking for an Audi and they had what I was looking for at what appeared to be a reasonable price. I went to check it out in person. After walking right by the people working there without a word, was told the car was out for maintenance and would be back in a few days. I called and emailed two different people here and received no response. Way to run a business!

I don't often enough, take the time to write positive reviews unless I've been completely blown away... this is one of those times where I've been completely blown away.

I do not consider myself a 'car guy'. I wanted something comfortable and reliable. I had an idea what I wanted but was not fully versed in what was out there.

I found his website and he had a selection of cars I found suitable. I walked onto the lot and he spent a couple hours talking to me about options, needs and end use. He offered a number of options at different price points, all delivering what I needed and he let me choose from there.
It was better than painless, it was enjoyable.
I'd recommend him and I'll be back when it's time to buy

Purchasing a car today from Sami was the best car buying experience to date! The team knows their stuff, no BS, no stereotypical car dealer issues at all. This was simply people who know cars talking about needs, meeting those needs, being transparent abou t details. EARNING trust, Sami earned it, his team earned it. Living in inner Northeast I've driven by iDrive Autohaus for years going to and from Freddie's. I've always admired the great selection of gorgeous cars on their lot. I'm not one to feel comfortable walking onto car lots, not wanting to be accosted by an overly eager salesperson. I started going onto the safety of iDrive website to view their inventory of Audis. (I've been driving a 2002 Audi A4 3.0 for the last 4 years, but knew I needed to move on...) It was easy to let my browser do the shopping, but there comes a point when I just had to go sit behind the wheel

I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. One thing I dread doing is going to car lots and dealing with car salesman. That definitely was not the case at Idrive. Sami, the owner was totally professional, completely knew his stuff and wasn't pushy at all. They had some really nice cars to choose from and I ended up buying a 2011 BMW 545i. If you're looking for a European import, I highly recommend Idrive, you won't be disappointed!

After buying Christmas trees from Sami over the last few years, I figured it was time to step up and buy a car instead.
I know cars pretty well and can be a fanatic. As such, it can be obnoxious constantly buying cars from people who know little about what they're selling. Buying from Sami couldn't be a more different experience. His knowledge and passion for the cars he sells far exceeds that of any other sales experience I've been a part of.
In the end I drove away with an 02 530i and peace of mind an confidence in the choice that I never could have found anywhere else.

Well, this was different. I may never buy a car anywhere else again. iDrive had the car I was looking for (and I mean looking for everywhere), an Audi A3 Quattro, at a very reasonable price. The whole purchasing experience was incredibly laid back and pleasant. These folks are selling a quality product at a reasonable price, they clearly know what they're doing and they want their customers to walk away relaxed and happy. Big shout out to Sami, Lynette, Dan and John for being such chill, professional folks.

I'm so relieved to have found iDrive Autohaus. For me, car shopping/purchasing was always a hassle and generally unpleasant. At iDrive I was immediately comfortable with the experience. What most struck me is how Sami is totally no-B.S. In a personable way, he levels with you at every step so no one is wasting their time. It's common sense, how I like to do business, and mind-boggling that more places don't operate this way.

My first visit to iDrive was a positive one. It was my first time going to a car dealership by myself and I'll admit I was a little nervous due to all the stereotypes out there... I am happy to report that I was greeted by a friendly employee who was able to help me check out a couple of cars that I had looked at online. I was clear what my budget was and he didn't try to up-sell me or push me towards cars I wasn't interested in. I was impressed with his knowledge about the cars and his no-pressure approach.
