At Blue Waters Pools, we stay informed regarding updates in pool equipment technology so that we can offer our clients the most up to date, energy-efficient and cost-effective products for their homes. We highly recommend installing Variable Speed pool pumps, offered by Hayward, Jandy, and Pentair, to upgrade your pool and make it more energy-efficient. Single speed pool pumps, previously used for the last few decades, can be noisy, expensive and run at the same speed at all times. A variable speed pump can be programmed to run on a scheduled low speed rather than on a constant higher speed.
I have worked with Elan Eifer and Blue Waters Pools on several pool remodel/new construction projects. As a general contractor, it is a pleasure to work with subcontractors, like Blue Waters Pools, who are punctual, transparent in their pricing, and efficient. The BWP team are very knowledgeable, highly communicative and adaptable to handle any additional client requests.

Blue Water Pools has done a most excellent job by maintaining our pool and spa in pristine condition. Their office is very responsive and always available, including Elan and our technician, Nelson who is most cordial.
We were obliged to terminate our former pool company that I had used for twenty years because of their declining upkeep, lack of communication and most importantly the reduction of clarity of the water which was due to their neglecting to test the water resulting in improper chemical imbalance. That now is history since Nelson performs these tests on every visit here.

I have had Blue Water service for a year. Gabriel supposedly comes every week but since I travel and am not home when he comes I cannot verify. I know the pool isn't always super clean. The tile doesn't appear that he scrubs the sides. I had shopped around and know Blue Water is expensive. I kept with them due to my own laziness at switching but I finally switched because I found hiring the actual person who cleans your pool is cheaper and more reliable than going through a service provider that has billing and staffing overhead. (No I did not hire their employee.).

We have been with Blue Waters since we installed our pool a few years ago. We have found them to provide outstanding service and support. In fact, our pool contractor recently came out to address a minor issue and asked who was doing our maintenance because of how extraordinarily good the pool looked. Wow, I have to say, these guys were amazing. We had a BIG pool party scheduled this Wednesday with about 50 guests. On Monday, I learned that our pool lights couldn't be fixed by our pool maintenance company as I'd expected and we got panicked. However, we were referred to Elan and he and his company were THE BEST. First off, he had me take detailed pictures of all of my equipment on Monday night, and he even called me right before he went to bed to check in about the plan. I've been using their services for quite some time now. Just recently they resurfaced my pool and installed a new heating system and I couldn't be more pleased.
