Highly recommend! I was recommended this company through a third party this past summer and the services they provided were amazing. I recently came across a minor problem (not changing filters) and my heat was blowing cool air; called Affordable Heating and within a brief conversation, the representative knew the problem and scheduled someone SAME DAY to take care of the problem. Sam and Matt came to install AC and Furnace on a Saturday. They were professional and efficient. They worked very well together and I was extremely happy with the results. This company just installed a new boiler. They took the time needed to make sure everything worked properly. They cleaned up after themselves. They Listened to my concerns and Explained the system. Unless something changes (it stops working ) I would highly recommend this company. Just as important, The price was reasonable and worth the price.

We had both our furnace and AC replaced, plus had a new filter cabinet installed and the supply plenum rebuilt from scratch. Matt and his team really took pride in their work and went above and beyond to fix decades old problems such as two old AC drain pipes sticking out of the siding and replacing a flexible air return with a sheet metal one in a better location. When the new equipment needed an adjustment from factory defaults a day later, they quickly sent out someone to remedy the problem. Very professional and great service. I had a complete overhaul of my heating converting from oil to gas and a new air conditioning install as well. Everything was top quality work. They showed up on time and completed the entire project install in one day. Everything looks and works perfectly, and they left my basement cleaner than it was before they got there.

I paid them almost $100 for nothing more than a high-pressure sales pitch for my allegedly cracked heat exchanger, something they said would require me to get the furnace replaced immediately rather than repairing it. We had no heat and it was in the middle of a single-digit cold snap, but when the repair person originally offered to do some kind of quick fix that could get out heat working again until they could book me in for a full replacement, when I said I was going to get a 2nd opinion he chose to do nothing whatsoever except to keep uttering more dire warnings about how it was only going

Technician came at appointment time and got right to work. Our AC that quit working needed one part that technician replaced. Another part was needed but our repairman explained that government rules prevented his company from replacing this part in an older system. However, this technician freely gave my husband all the information needed so that we could order the needed part online. A day later our AC was back working and we were cool and comfortable. Something seemed off about how quickly they made their diagnosis and since it was the end of the year I held off until this year. I decided to call affordable heating from some of the helpful yelp reviews and I'm glad I did.

I have been servicing my furnace with these folks now for the last 5 years. And it has been a pleasant experience except for this year. I called in again for a furnace tune up in Dec 2015 and that was completed. Soon after one of my furnaces would sporadically not start up. The technician came back and determined it was the furnace door and I was charged for the service call and the cost to fix the door switch. Within a couple weeks I had to call them back again as the problem was reoccurg. This time the technician came and determined it was the gas value. He told me he would not charge me for

Affordable Heating installed my Bryant heat & AC system 7 years ago. The quality of work was great and the price was very reasonable. I have them do an annual tuneup as well Yesterday Richard came for the system tuneup. As he was going through the gate to get to the AC unit the gate came off the hinges and fell off. Knowing that I am disabled and one of my dogs is blind Richard fixed the gate and adjusted the hinges so that the gate worked properly and my dogs would not be able to get out. What a great guy!!! I highly recommend Affordable Heating & Air for all your HVAC needs

I've used these guys on both homes, and they have always been on time, always been polite, and have been reasonably priced. Biggest complement is they have had more than one opportunity to rip me off, but their techs are good people, and charge honestly. Bottom line is how much will it cost...I think this is the company you want to use.

On New Years Day, 2012, our furnace "coughed".... the gas ignited, but the blower didn't turn on.... until my partner whacked it a few times with a hammer... The beast worked ever since, but got us to seriously think of finally replacing it. The furnace was probably put in sometime during the 50's... massive.
I called a friend (John, at Exactremodelinginc.com) who highly recommended Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning.
These guys were awesome! They had 2 guys come to tear out the old furnace, and about 2 hours later another guy showed up to pick up the pieces and haul
