Called Oak Creek Heating and Cooling and received a rapid response not only to the phone call but they managed to come out shortly to take care of the issue, because when heat goes out you can't stay without it for days. As a home owner and also as a Realtor I work with a lot of contractors and these guys are by far the best, Affordable, Professional, Local and take care of you, and most importantly they respond to the phone calls, because most of the contractors lack on responding when they are busy, but one thing we remember as a costumer is the people that take care of us when we needed them

I called oak creek heating and cooling because my air conditioning unit was leaking water on the furnace. They came out promptly and fixed the leaking. He offered a temporary fix but a new unit was needed. I decided to go with a new unit because the old one was over 25 yrs old. The price was reasonable and he came out on Friday and the new installation was set for Monday. This was all on Fourth of July weekend. On Monday they were on time and did a wonderful job. He also fixed a banging I mentioned when the furnace and air goes off. I highly recommend this company.

We have purchased both a new furnace and AC from them with no issues. They guys are honest and will shoot you straight. I have felt well informed and confinement in all my purchases.
