I think people are sometimes unrealistically expecting there to be no delays or no extra costs. I came into this knowing how construction worked and was very happy that my funds were being properly used on the house.

I had my Roof repaired by this company . The person handling my repairs was very professional. He informed me of every step. The work was completed in a timely manner. The thing I like the most about this company is. My roof was completed 1 year ago. I recently contacted the company to request information and pictures of my roof. Within in minutes the information i requested was sent me. Now Thats what i call great business. I will be using this company again.

We hired J & E to complete our tile Roof after the hurricane. Other than the tile supplier delaying the tile delivery, we were very happy with the whole project. Their workers were very polite and clean. They walked the job at the end of each day and cleaned up any nails or debris that fell from the roof. They dealt with the insurance company the whole time, so we did not spend any money out of pocket.

We had our roof completed in one week while on a cruise. We coordinated the work to be done, so as to not be stressed during construction. To our surprise, the whole job was started and completed perfectly within a week. All inspections passed, not one piece of debris. We asked to store some extra materials in the back shed and it was there organized. When I first spoke with Jorge, he asked me how my trip was and not one mention about money owed. A pleasure from start to end. Thank you

My wife and I are professionals in our mid 60's who had our seasonal home in Marco Island damaged by Hurricane Irma in September 2017. We contacted a number of roofing companies and eventually (unfortunately) decided to go with a company from Miami who had come over to the west coast, seeing an opportunity to source work from all the houses that incurred roof damage from the hurricane.
I wish there was a '0' star rating. In all my years of dealing with contractors... from building three homes, renovating our business three times... I have never dealt with a company like J & E Construction. Terrible

We hired this company to work with the insurance company after the hurricane. The initial payout from the insurance company would not even cover a repair. Once we hired J & E, they were able to have engineers come out and assess the damage, met with adjusters and had full payout on the claim. They completed our roof and definitely happy with the final product. Roof tile has a major delay, so they let me k ow from day one and purchased the tile immediately. I strongly urge homeowners to use that option and use J & E for any home project. We will be having them paint our house in the fall.

Multiple issues with leaking after this company replaced the roof post Irma. Leaks that were not in the living space prior to their roof replacement began to appear and damage the interior of my home. Foreman was rude and unapologetic when dealing with their shoddy workmanship, which I pointed out prior to the interior damage. New leaks appeared just recently which damaged irreplaceable items such as photo albums and heirlooms . This is after the roof was "tested" and "fixed". If you value your time, money, home, and possessions: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Truly....let the buyer beware!

I hired this company last year to do my full roof because of Hurricane Irma. I was very impressed on how all my permits and work were quickly done. I re-hired them for some renovation work and it was all again handled quickly and professional. I highly recommend this company for any work you may need done in your home.
