Action Carpet Cleaning worked on some carpets and tile that had been long neglected. I was impressed how friendly, prompt and professional they were. When the tile cleaning developed into more of an ordeal than had been anticipated, they still stuck with the quote given. I would recommend them highly.

We had several of our large area rugs cleaned. We moved the majority of furniture off the rugs prior to them arriving. Eugene showed up when he said they were going to be here, calling and giving us updated time estimates. They finished efficiently and we're very professional. Eugene reviewed each area rug with us to make sure we were satisfied before he cleaned up and headed out. When a service person shows up when they say they'll be there and do a professional job, what more can you ask.

I’m wary about letting strangers into my home, but I just had Will come clean my floors for spots one of our cats had been leaving. We looked with a black light before and after and it was night and day. He talked me through the process and showed me the progress as he was working. Now my carpets are spot free and smell like orange. He was very thorough and helpful. It was a great value, 3 rooms are now as good as the day they were carpeted!

I am very pleased!! He called me right back on Sunday, the next morning after I called around 11:30p on Saturday the night before. I wanted to add another room before he started and there was no problem at all. He helped me move my couches out of the way, which he didn't have to do and was very informative about the whole process. My carpet looks better now then when I moved in. Thank you to Action Carpet Cleaning...I am beyond excited.!!. Also done with whole house in less than an hour. I will definitely be using these guys again.

Will is amazing! I called today needing same day service for my dad's house. He called back and scheduled the service very quickly. Will was in constant communication with me and did a fabulous job!
