Martel Heating and Plumbing installed a de novo multi-heat hyper heat Minisplit in my house. From the initial inquiry about the project, through the installation and to post installation operational follow up, the services provided by Martel were above and beyond. I needed work done last year to bypass my water filtration system for a couple of my external pipes. The team at Martel were amazing all the way through from 1st call, to coming out during covid while following all safety protocols. Super professional and a year down the road, everything is working flawlessly as expected. The pricing was right where I expected it to be. Will definitely call these guys again.

I've had Martel do a lot of work at my house over the past few years. They have replaced my oil tank, boiler fed hot water heater, relocated baseboard heat pipes, install new plumbing for a double vanity and other small stuff. The tradesmen they send are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They always answer my (many) questions and explain clearly. Zack has been a tremendous help and always gets back to me quickly when I call for new work or a follow up when I have questions about the work done. The few times that small mistakes were made, they were fixed quickly without any fuss.

Ed was very quick to respond throughout. When I started reaching out to plumbers in the area via email, he called me right back via phone. I was able to send him a picture of it and he provided a high estimate quote from what he could see. He also had technicians ready to go and could get me in for an appointment next day. It was a slow leak and I wanted to shop around a bit first. What I didn't realize at the start was that Martel was going to be the best.

We just had 3 Mitsubishi split units installed by Martel and they were great to deal with every step of the way. Zack was very responsive and helpful. The guys that did the install were friendly and worked very hard and efficiently. When they left everything was neat and clean and they made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. Every one we dealt with was professional, friendly, and helpful. Very neat, quality work and a reasonable price. Would use them again without any hesitation.

After my father and brother used these people for years, I inherited a home and had an emergency need for service. On brother's recommendation I called Martel. Since I have not used them before they said they wouldn't do anything, not even a call back, until Monday. This was Saturday AM....and my tenants have no heat or hot water. Horrible service, I'll NEVER use them...and will do all I am able to makes sure my brother doesn't for his home or for the 7 apartment unit / 3 storefront building that we own. Huge fail.

Martel was recommended to me by a co-worker. I needed to have a water heater replaced. My preferred contact method is email so I emailed a few companies for some quotes. Zack from Martel responded within a few hours with an estimate for the job. The other companies either never responded OR it took days. I decided to use Martel. Zack was very accommodating when I wanted to change the tank model since I was looking for an energy star model. The installation went well and the 2 person team was effective and professional. I had Blair and Al in my apartment this morning to fix a heating issue. These guys are very professional and respectful. I'm very impressed and beyond grateful. Due to our religious beliefs we do not wear shoes in our home and they took no issue in wearing covers to accommodate our request. As they were working, they asked me to move our prayer rugs, so as not to get them dirty. It may sound like a small gesture but for me that is HUGE. I definitely recommend and in the future if I own my own home I would not hesitate to call them for service.

I have to commend Martel P &H for exceptional customer service and follow up. They installed central AC in the condo I purchased in May 2016. I had some water leakage issues from the install mostly due in part to the wrong diameter tubing that was put in prior to Martel (not Martel issue). I called them months later to have them come back out and take a look at it and Ed the President came out to look first hand at the issue. He went out to get new tubing among other "fixes" and the water leakage is now resolved. I received a bill from them in error and when I called to inquire

Never returned my call. We did stop by their office once to get plumbing fixture which they had, but that was it.
Decided to give 4 stars for working for us on septic line hook up, after others have failed to respond. Not liking that they didn't respond to both of my calls when requesting for work but responded to my hubby's call. What don't want to talk to a woman?

I am a landlord. When I have to be sure a repair or service call is done right away and done correctly (all to code, no short cuts) I call Martel. I was away recently when a hot water heater burst. I called Martel and the words "it will be taken care of" put me at ease. The job was professional and looks great. Not the cheapest in town - but you get what you pay for. Here it is quality, and service.
