I have worked with Signature Iron Doors on several projects. The first was about 5 years ago when I upgraded my boring standard height front door to an absolutely beautiful wrought iron and glass double arched 9 foot door. The Signature Iron Door team took care of everything including framing the space to fit my new much larger door. I got to pick the finish for my wrought iron, glass panels. The entire process was smooth and cohesive from start to finish. They provided a cost total, timeline and all the details. I had no unanswered questions. Spent a lot of $ on 2 garage doors and after 2 years the paint is flakung off. A sticky liquid oozes out from where paint is cracking and then falls off. The preparation was not done correctly and biq chunks of paint are falling off. Customer service sucks and they never answer the phone. After calling every #'s for weeks someone picks up and says they will help but i never hear from them again. There warranty meant nothing. Ill probably have to take the doors off and bring to an auto body shop and have them redone. What a mess.

Currently I live in Scottsdale Arizona and decided to go with Signature Iron Doors for a new front door and matching garage door. I called several places before I got to Signature Iron Doors but nobody could come close to their pricing. So here is my honestly opinion/experience, I worked with Holly for the front door and garage door selection. This part of the process was easy (their website has all the pictures) and Holly gave me recommendations along the way. After I picked out my doors I actually went to the store and viewed the product in person. The doors are beautiful, solid and so impressive

I love my Signature Iron door. It looks beautiful and it is a very sturdy door. It really improved the look of our house. I did have a problem with my keypad locking mechanism. I called Signature Iron Doors, they immediately replaced the keypad free of charge. I am very pleased with their customer service and how the handled the problem.

I bought 3 ornate steel iron garage doors from Signature and paid $10,000+. Within a year, the finish started flaking off. We were told these were manufactured in China and there was a defect in the finishing process. To their credit, Signature made an attempt to repair the damage, but that failed, too. After that, they refused to return phone calls or any other correspondence. I have had to hire another company to restore the doors at considerable expense. I strongly recommend against this company and their products.

I ordered a 2-car garage door on 10/7/15. The final delivery of the completed door was received 10/11/16. YES, IT TOOK OVER A YEAR. When ordered, I was told 8-12 weeks for delivery. The door was delivered about 22 weeks later. The top decorative panel was not manufactured according to the specifications and, to their credit, they agreed to re-fabricate the panel at no charge. I was told, again, 8-12 weeks for delivery and that panel arrived about 31 weeks later. Signature doors products are low quality and don't last. The custom doors they built are not airtight and have significant insulation issues. In the winter, ice forms on the inside. After two years I am beginning to see rust. I have repeatedly tried to contact Signature for service and my calls and discussions have gone nowhere. They don't back the products they sell. For thousands of dollars, I would expect a better product and better service. Buyer beware.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY. The process with Signature Iron Doors started out rocky as a result of a month delay for the door and glass, with very poor communication from them. Trying to stay positive, when it was time for the installation, disaster was met. Measurements were wrong, preparation was not thoughtful, and they did not cover the work entry area of the house and dust was everywhere. Signature Iron Doors did an absolutely amazing job on our New Doors. We picked out a very specific door design from the website and when the door arrived it was perfect. The delivery date and installation went as planned. The finished product just made our house look elegant. I will recommend Signature Iron Doors to all of my friends and family that are considering any Iron products. The entire process was very professional and the workmanship is excellent.

I can't imagine a worst experience with a supplier. The custom door was several months delayed, then finally showed up but had damage and it's been a few months since they said they were going to send someone to fix the damage and they don't even call or email me back. I found out they outsourced the manufacturing of my door overseas despite their website claiming to be the nation's largest manufacture of iron doors. I have dealt with a lot of building material suppliers and this was by far my worst experience.

Construction and design of iron door were fine. however their installation failed to include repair to the surrounding stucco that I had to have done myself. Also, they never installed the roller catch to keep the gate closed. Despite multiple attempts to contact they were unresponsive. They promised many times to fix the problem and often cancelled at the last moment. I have called them a minimum of 6 times and everytime they have an excuse as to why they couldnt come out and fix the problem. Sign at your own risk! I spent more than $10K on a custom double iron doors with Signature Iron Doors. It has been a terrible mistake! The paint colors on the doors doesn't match. The wrong lock was installed. The doors leak when it rains and now, less than one year after purchase, I am beginning to see rust spots. All attempts to rectify these issues with Signature have been unsuccessful. They don't stand behind their product and give customers the runaround.
