He even drove me through the neighborhood to see his other installations, which helped me decide on the best color for my roof. Sam took care of the permit so I didn't have to. His price was very fair & the materials were high quality. The crew impressed me as being experienced, professional & courteous. The job started & ended as promised. They cleaned up each day. I am currently looking into doing a roof repair and other updates to my home. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam from Denali Builders CA. He inspected my roof and the places around my house that I needed repairing. Sam kept it real through the whole process, and you don’t usually see an owner of a company come to see the jobs. My wife and I were very pleased with the work performed by Denali Builders Corp. They gutted our old, tired bathroom and remodeled it. The owner, Sam, was very personable, open to our ideas as the customer, and worked with us every step of the way. And his crew was great. This may seem basic, but the crew showed up every day, like clockwork, around 8 or 8:30 am. I've worked with many contractors before and you usually have no idea if they will show up or when they will decide to come back. Not Sam's crew; once they are on your job, they are on every day and working hard to finish it

Overall, Denali did a good job on our reroofing, which included repairing a roof leak, then fixing the previous interior damage from the leak. We feel that they were pricey, but don't have a lot to judge against. (They were mid-range among the initial quotes we got, but it's hard to judge when the final cost included a lot of additional things.) The end results look good, so we are trusting that it was worth it. Our only complaints are 1) we felt that they could have done a better job of cleaning up after their work, and 2) we had to do more to manage the inside repair work than should have been

An electrical fire destroyed my sub panel. Adding to that nightmare, the fire department axed a few big holes in my roof. That meant a new roof.
I went through a website and made an appointment with Denali Builders. The third of 3 roofers I'll need to give me bids.

He also, showed me the process of fixing my roof and gave me a quote for what will be done to enjoy a brand new roof.
