Thomas is super professional and reliable. He solved a problem with my water heater that was plaguing my family for a week. I called him last minute, and he was realistic about what he could do. Nevertheless, I made an appointment. True to his word, he showed up on time. After fixing the problem, he made sure that the water heater was working properly again before leaving. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was good. I'd recommend him since he's responsive and works with you to fix the issue.

I first used Thomas in 2014 when my water heater was leaking & started to flood a section of my basement. Due to the urgency, I called a carpenter friend for a referral since I didn't know of a plumber I could comfortably "trust." Not only did Thomas immediately reply to my call for help, but he adjusted his schedule to accommodate me right away due to the emergency. Knowing how appreciative I was, I expected him to somewhat take advantage by overcharging me. He didn't.
