An absolute disaster. We called with issues with our water pressure, he came and put his ear up to our well pump and then said that the well pump needed to be changed for $6,000. after we told him that we were not spending $6000 on a well pump just because he put his ear up to it. He said he was going back downstairs to “get his stuff”and broke one of the pipes on my water heater to which wasn’t broken, or needed to be touched in the first place. He then started screaming, and turns out he flooded my basement, and then left, literally just up and left. Turns out the pressure gauge was broken

Very prompt and punctual even early so that part was good. Other than that very unprofessional no real answers except I mineaswell just spend 5000 on a new well pump. No diagnostics as to whether this is necessary and left no clearer than before except Im out 100. Was made to feel because I drive a nice car I should be able to afford something I may not even need. Also was told 'geez shes smart' in front of my husband and I when I questioned my issues. Is this like 1950s and women should just go cook or like be dumb. Id never recommend

I used SE Plumbing in the past to install a sink faucet I bought online. His installation was done professionally and at a great price. When the faucet had a problem (not related to the installation), I had to get a new part from the manufacturer. SE Plumbing helped troubleshoot the problem, and after the new part came, they came right back and installed it and it has been problem free since.
More recently (September 2018) I called them on a Sunday for a backed up bathtub and they came within an hour. He did a quick analysis and determined he could not fix the problem and suggested I try Electric
