Sibi is a great business man and has wonderful customer service. There were no gimmicks or surprises with ChaChan Auto Sales they worked very well with me and my dad to make sure I had the car I needed. I’m almost a month in with my new car and still so happy I can drive it. What was most encouraging about making a purchase with Sibi is that he actually cared about the quality of the cars he sells, no shortchange or anything. Definitely shop here you won’t regret it!!

I bought 2 vehicles from this place. When I test drove one, warning lights came on. I told the owner and he had his guy go get the part and fix it while I was waiting. After the repair was done, I drove it again. This time no lights came on and they haven't come on since. I have had the car for over 2 months and it is a great car. The owner listened to my concerns and addressed them right away at no additional cost to me. The other car has not given me any problems either. The cars were very reasonably priced, cleaned up nicely, and ready to roll. Thank you Sibi and staff!

Just called and was rushed off of the phone before i could finish asking my question. saw a nice looking vehicle on the website, called and tried asking if the price was a down payment or the total pricing and was cut off with "CASH ONLY!" i then said " OK, i understand that but i was wondering if the price was-" in which i was cut off again with CASH ONLY. i said okay, thanks as i laughed and they hung up the phone. worst customer service ever and will not suggest anyone to go here. Excellent customer service! I had the best experience with this dealership and every need I had was met without issue. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews and can't speak for anyone else but me. I see Sibi as not making much on each sale and depends on volume turnover to make it. 3 yrs ago, I bought a 2006 Cobalt with some minor dings for a reasonable price with a reasonable down and 2 months agreement to pay balance to avoid finance. It ended taking me 5 months and other than a simple call to check on me, no harrassing to pay. You don't get your title until all paid in full including fees.
My car was 9 yrs old, tired and used, needed brake pads and rotors, new oxygen sensor and catalytic converter in first year.

Really happy with my purchase. The owner, his associate and other people working were extremely friendly, flexible and gave us lots of time. I needed a large car for my babies and me and I ended up getting a nicer model that what I was looking for. It does have some issues but I can fix some of them by myself, and about the rest, the owner was very responsive and didn't ignore me once I left with the car. Again, I'm very thankful that the team was so nice with us!

Will have something for everyone who is looking for a car that will get them from place to place this a good place to go to get a Cash car. I've bought 2 car so far the owner is good person and will to work with you. If he don't have it he will try to work with you to get it. If you tell him That Bobby & Kate sent you and he will be glad to put you in what he has on the the lot. He has some late model car.

Craigslist sellers are more honest. We have owned the Nissan Altima purchased here with Sibi Joseph less than 60 days and have spent more on necessary repairs than we did purchasing the actual car initially. He sold the car to us with the check engine light on, saying it just needed an oil change. He also said his mechanic would fix anything needed on it without charge. Paid for half of a fuel pump replacement within the first week when the car broke down, they refused to pay the full amount as promised. I was recently in a car wreck, and my car was totaled. As it was pretty old already, I didn't have much towork with. I looked for two months before stopping at Chachan Auto Sales. Although the girl who helped us at first was a little bit of a space cadet, the guys there are great! We decided on a super nice car cor really cheap. I was able to drive home a car in great condition with super low miles for the year, and it was $2000 less than all the other similar cars in that same year. They were completely up front about everything, even the AC compressor being out. I'm taking the car back this week
