Let me start by."sewer issues" can be complicated. Jim helped us understand what was going on in our yard. He proposed a straightforward plan and got to the root of of the problem (no pun intended). But he got there quickly and reasonably. I found the dreaded water in the basement yesterday, Jim McKee came out this morning, and while it took him some time and effort, he broke through and got my line clear.
